I thought I should lose some weight. So I first started eating lesser sugar, carbs, and trans-oil foods like chips and gas-filled beverages. And instead, include high-fiber foods in your diet like vegetables, smoothies made from vegetables, fruits, and the right amount of protein. Not only did they give beauty to my face. And the skin also improved.
I don’t like workouts, but I did them, but I chose other options like Pilates, hooping, circuit, etc. Along with energizing me, these exercises also help in improving blood circulation and sweating, detoxifying the skin, and helping to remove dirt from my face.
I say ‘sleep is everything‘ and I believe it! Even skin experts know the importance of eight hours of good sleep. I believe in good sleep. Because of this, a kind of repair work goes on in the body and beautifies the skin. A good night care routine also works to lock in skin moisture and makes me look beautiful.
