Chapter 9.
If Abi was taken to the old woman in the next three village; the daughter they had seen in display would end up killing that innocent woman before her time, Modupe her mom even said she would poison her and not still feel any form of regret for her actions for once in a life time. And taking her to an orphanage is a waste of strength cause Abike would either run home or kill all the children managing to survive without their parents before running back home.
It was concluded that she would be taken to another state to the family of Akinyemi; a far relative from the Adeleke's in Ibadan oyo state. Handling her over to the Akinyemi's Mr. Jude told Abike that he was not her father, that he and Modupe his wife had taken her up as a child since her biological mother was late and they had no female child.
On hearing this, Abi almost lost her mind and sanity. She almost screamed the Akinyemi's room to the ground. He, Mr. Jude made it open that since she was becoming to hard to correct and was not ready to change her attitude, it was time for her to return to the slum where she was gotten from.
The Akinyemi's were not poor, but for the sake of his cousin Jude; they decided to live in the farm for as long as Abike was going to learn her lessons and change for the better and good.
Abi was taken to them in the farm, funniest enough she wasn't oppurtuned to see them, in the house or anything that pose to wealth or affluence. Why? Everyone was scared Abi would use her wrong attitude, proudness and disrespectful attitude to cause more problem to them. Even her mother found it hard to take Abi to her people based on the embarrassment and shame she randomly got from Abi's despicable character and attitude towards people.
On getting to the farm; she was so irritated at the site of the house she saw. Gosh Abi screamed what the heck is this hole and do people live in this devastated hollow?
This question was answered when her parents left her in the hands of the Akinyemi's.
Life turned upside down for Abi, she did not even have the strength to fight the mosquitoes and animals she saw talk more of fighting human for almost a month she was like a tortoise that crawled back to its shell for safety. But in Abi case there was no shell to crawl to or hide in. It was really a sad occurrence funniest of all her crew never knew about her where about, talk more of coming to her aid. She was helpless no family, no siblings, no parents, no friend and she was not a nice person, so who would miss her?
Abi sort for comfort but found none, not even a shoulder to lean on was vanished into tin air. Well at that point she realised she had to face reality and leave by it.
Living in the farm with the Akinyemi's wasn't really easy for Abi, as she was a child raised with soft life and she had never had to go to farm for any reason plus she was the last to be seen suffering in the Adeleke's lineage but her character has brought her this far and she had to dance to the music and beat, she had created herself.
