Hello fellows! Today I would like to write some words about the mental health issues most of our current generation in dealing with. Now a days when we look around everyone is so depresses but wearing a fake smiles and no one try to discuss the setbacks and the problems they are dealing with which are dragging them towards anxiety ,depression.
How to deal with the This mental health issues:
The most important thing in this regard is overthinking. We overthink about the things that are never going to happen. We overthing about our setbacks and the past which are impacting our present and we loose our self esteem by overthinking and assuming baseless scenarios in our mind.
So In short, to deal with it just remember that your mind/brain is inside you,not that you're inside your brain. Just enjoy the present and feel the things that around you at present and be kind to yourself. leave your past behind and focus on making your present and future better.
