To those of us who likes drinking tea and who has tested many flavoured teas, we can tell of how special each of them are.
Am a lover of herbal teas because of the aroma I derive from them and of how healthy and fit they keep us going. Each herbal tea has its own peculiar test (flavour ) which makes it unique in its own way.
Ginger is a Tropical flowering Plant and when processed can be used cooking varieties of meal.
Ginger Tea is a beverage of herb derived from boiling the tropical roots of the flowering Plant to extract it's flavoured tast which is of a strong mint aroma and somewhat peprish if tested raw.
Ginger Tea among other herbal teas is medicinal and can help us stay healthy by fighting free radicals and boosting our immune systems. Apart from fighting cold, cough, and other tract infections, taking ginger tea can help effectively. relieve arthritis pain for those who suffers from Arthritis because ginger contains anti~inflammatory compounds.
Ginger Tea is mostly recommended in some certain seasons of the year like winter, rainy and dusty periods to help keep the inner chest clear. But to herbs tea lovers it's all year round.
And I however recommend the adding of ginger as a spice in our daily meals even if is just a pinch.
