Karla was a humble girl, born in New York City, she grew up there, among the tall skyscrapers that exist in the city, she went to college and graduated with a degree in management and marketing, it took her a world to get a job there, because the competition was very fierce and being lower middle class was even worse.
She was looked down upon in interviews by her competitors when it came to applying for a job, but what they didn't know was that Karla had graduated with honours, perhaps because of her physical appearance they underestimated her, maybe because she wasn't dressed according to the occasion, she didn't do her hair and other tips, that in the city there was a kind of executive order, as far as the recruitment of personnel was concerned and even more if it was a vacancy for a girl who was going to deal with the public of the high society.
Karla was frustrated, she felt that her studies were not worth anything, because every time she went to look for a job she had a barrier and it was that executive order that put a brake on her intentions, but one day she went again in search of her dreams and this time, after spending some time in the street, she was attended and they let her demonstrate that she was qualified to apply for the job that they were looking for in that opportunity.
And there began Karla's journey in New York City, she started as a secretary in a prestigious marketing company, where day by day she demonstrated her skills and her ability to learn and to make things easier every day, showing that with hard work, perseverance and discipline you can achieve things, She changed her attire, put on make-up, fixed her hair, day by day she enjoyed her journey, what she was building, she climbed up the ladder until she reached the top management of the renowned firm and over the years, she became one of the most successful women in New York, with countless awards.
Never stop dreaming, don't let others walk all over you, be yourself, create your own ideas, with a lot of responsibility, you will surely achieve your goals and in this way more Karla's will continue to be born in the world.

Karla era una chica humilde, nacida en la ciudad de New York, allí se crio, entre los altos rascacielos que existen en la ciudad, fue a la universidad y se graduó en licenciada en administración y mercadeo, le costó un mundo conseguir empleo allí, pues la competencia era muy brava y siendo de clase media baja era aún peor.
Era vista por encima del hombro en las entrevistas por sus contrincantes a la hora de optar por un puesto de trabajo, pero lo que ellos no sabían, era que Karla se había graduado con honores, tal vez por su apariencia física la subestimaban, quisas porque no iba vestida acorde a la ocasión, no se arreglaba el cabello entre otros tips, que de ante manos le ponían un freno para tener opción a ocupar el puesto que tan anhelaba, pues en la ciudad había una especie como de orden ejecutiva, en cuanto al reclutamiento de personal se refiere y aún más si se trata de una vacante para una chica que va a tratar con público de la alta sociedad.
Karla estaba frustrada, sentía que los estudios no le valían para nada, ya que cada vez que iba a buscar empleo tenía como una barrera y era esa orden ejecutiva que le ponía un freno de mano a sus intensiones, pero un día fue nuevamente en busca de sus sueños y esta vez, luego de pasar penumbras en la calle, fue atendida y la dejaron demostrar que sí estaba capacitada para optar al puesto de trabajo que estaban buscando en esa oportunidad.
Y allí comenzó el viaje de Karla en la ciudad de New York, comenzó como secretaria de una prestigiosa empresa de mercadeo, en donde día a día fue demostrado sus dotes y su capacidad de aprender y de hacer las cosas cada día más fáciles, demostrando que con mucho esfuerzo, constancia y disciplina se pueden lograr las cosas, ya esa orden ejecutiva no la frenaba, cambio su atuendo, se maquillaba, se arreglaba el cabello, día a día disfrutaba de su viaje, de lo que estaba construyendo, fue escalando, puestos hasta llegar a la alta gerencia, de la reconocida firma y con el pasar de los años, se convirtió en una de las mujeres más exitosas de New York, con innumerables reconocimientos.
Nunca dejes de soñar, no permitas que los demás te pisoteen, sé tú mismo, crea tus propias ideas, que con mucha responsabilidad, seguro logras los objetivos y de esta manera van a seguir naciendo más Karla en el mundo.
