When we talk about bread, my mind goes back to those millenary times, when having a piece of bread at home was something very beautiful, because it was hard work to make them, we didn't have the technology we have today.
There are so many stories and history related to this subject, that when we have the opportunity to eat them without a doubt we eat every last crumb of bread, it was very precious for people to have that piece of bread at home, to feed a whole family, so much so that it is part of the sacred scriptures, where Jesus broke the bread and gave it to his disciples at the last supper.
Nowadays, given the trajectory that this subject forms within society, there are people who have perfected themselves and today, they make a living from making bread, as they have their own bakeries.
I live in a country today where bread is fundamental for food and luckily there are bakeries everywhere; however, at peak times people are looking for the precious food to make a sandwich or simply to accompany the main course.
Personally, I am fascinated by bread and thank God it is never missing at home, as my wife works in a bakery and always brings the precious food and I have taught my family that you should never leave food on the plate, you should always eat every last crumb of bread, because in other homes there is probably nothing to eat.
Bread is that food that fixes everything, a person with a piece of bread, opens it and puts some accompaniment inside and solves the day or at least if you are in the street doing some work, hold a little until you get home, it has happened to me countless times, I'm crazy hungry and a bread solves everything, until the last crumb of bread I eat hehehe.

Cuando hablamos de pan mi mente se remonta a esas épocas milenarias, cuando tener en casa un trozo de pan era algo muy hermoso, pues costaba trabajo hacerlos, no se tenía la tecnología que tenemos hoy en día.
Son tantos los cuentos e historia relacionados con este tema, que cuando tenemos la oportunidad de comerlas sin dudas nos comemos hasta la última miga de pan, era muy preciado para las personas tener ese pedazo de pan en casa, para alimentar a toda una familia, tanto así que forma parte de las sagradas escrituras, en donde Jesús partió el pan y se los dio a sus discípulos en la última cena.
Hoy en día, dado la trayectoria que este tema forma dentro de la sociedad, hay personas que se perfeccionaron y hoy por hoy, viven de eso de hacer pan, pues tienes sus propias panaderías.
Vivo en un país actualmente en donde el pan es fundamental para la alimentación y por suerte hay panaderías por todos lados; sin embargo, en las horas picos la gente anda buscando el preciado alimento para poder hacerse un sándwich o simplemente para acompañar el plato principal.
En lo personal me fascina el pan y gracias a Dios nunca falta en casa, ya que mi esposa trabaja en una panadería y siempre trae el preciado alimento y a mi familia le he enseñado que nunca hay que dejar comida en el plato, siempre hay que comerse hasta la última migas de pan, porque en otros hogares seguramente no hay nada para comer.
El pan es ese alimento que lo arregla todo, una persona con un pedazo de pan, lo abre y le coloca algún acompañamiento dentro y resuelve el día o por lo menos si está en la calle haciendo algún trabajo, aguanta un poco hasta llegar a casa, me ha pasado en infinidades de veces, que ando loco del hambre y un pan lo resuelve todo, hasta la última miga de pan me como jejeje.
