Has it ever happened to you that you felt stressed because you couldn't achieve a certain goal that you had set for yourself to achieve within a certain timeframe?
I have experienced this state ample number of times in the past, myself.
I am a fairly ambitious person by nature and because of this nature, I end up setting large unrealistic goals for myself to achieve in a short span of time.
As you could already guess, I end up jumping the deadline most of the time which leaves me frustrated.
This frustration then turns into stress and makes me think "if I was not able to achieve it in the given timeframe, I would never be able to achieve it."
It's funny how our thought process works and controls our behaviours and attitudes most of the time!
I knew that this behavior was destructive as it was leading me down the negativity loop but I didn't know how to get myself out of it. My mind was running in autopilot mode.
As any millenial would do, I started doing Google and Youtube searches to find a solution. That's when I bumped into Neville Goddard's teachings.
Initially, I found them hard to comprehend and so was not able to put them to test.
Finally, I came across a channel on YouTube named "Edward Art" where Edward explains Neville's teachings in a simple language that can be easily understood by anyone.
I watched most of the videos and while watching one of the them I felt a huge sense of relief, as if a heavy weight was lifted off my shoulders!
At that moment, I learned to let go and accept what is. This made me feel at ease- a feeling I hadn't felt in a long time, ever since I had got myself stuck in that ambitious goal setting loop.
Once that happened, I started feeling as if my life was going in a flow. It's a relaxing feeling. This state also helps to bring out the creativity of my mind and put it to work.
I'm sharing the link to the channel below as I believe it may end up helping someone else as it did to me. You can go through the title which resonates with you.
With a calm and soothing voice Edward explains certain concepts which will free you from the shackles of the mind!

Finally, I would like to end the post with a quote by Edward Art:
"When I realized I am the Creator of my inner experience and it was all me, I started to feel light, I started to feel free." - Edward Art
And another one by the English poet, John Milton:
βThe mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven...'' - John Milton, Paradise Lost
I hope you found something of value in this post.
Thanks for reading!
Cheers :)
