I feel like dying. There is no place to hide! The kidnappers are everywhere, and they are killing our people. They even kidnap young girls too. Oh no, Lord! Save me and my family! I have no other place to run to—the kidnappers are everywhere!
Then… BOOM! A loud sound! It was a bomb!
“They have come to our street!” said my sister.
We quickly hid on top of the roof. The kidnappers banged at our door. They did not see us, but they stole some things and went away. Whew! We came back inside, but we are in serious trouble.
“The president must do something about this!” I cried.
No food. No money. Is this Earth or hell? I mean, it looks like hell! Who even created us? I know it is God, but what did we do wrong? I have been praying for two years for God to save us. They are killing people!
Then, my sister got news on her phone:
“The kidnappers killed the president’s children!”
The president was so angry! He ordered armies to find them and kill them. Not all the kidnappers died—some ran away. But people saw them and told the president. The kidnappers got arrested… and killed.
The president cried. He finally realized his mistake. God had heard our prayers!
The people who died would have enjoyed their lives if not for the kidnappers. But now, they are gone. Then… the people of Nigeria started shouting: "Give the runaway kidnappers PRESIDENTIAL PARDON!"
Presidential pardon my FOOT! (That’s what my big sister yelled!)
Why should bad people be forgiven? They made everyone suffer!
But guess what? The president finally listened to normal people like us! He said NO to pardon and promised to protect us better. Well… glory be to the Most High God!
THE END.
