Durante mi caminata por el pasaje "Vía Viva", ubicado en el Barrio Chino de Buenos Aires, Argentina, tuve la oportunidad de pasar por una cafetería tipo comic, donde disfruté, junto a mi hijo, de un delicioso café y un rico brownie. Luego de esta experiencia, continuamos nuestro paseo, y comenzamos a buscar un lugar para comer y encontré un pequeño local de comida coreana, donde preparan Dumpling. Casi todos los lugares que hay son pequeños, con sillas altas y barras, o simplemente mesas, porque la idea de la caminata es que la gente coma algo ligero, y además pueda comerlo y seguir caminando.
Ahora les contaré más sobre lo deliciosos que son. Los Dumpling son muy parecidos a las empanadas, pero mucho más pequeños. Se hacen con distintos tipos de harinas, por ejemplo, harina de tapioca, harina de arroz, harina de trigo, etc. También estas "empanaditas" son muy populares en China. Yo las recomiendo, porque son deliciosas, quedas satisfecho cuando las comes, y es útil para cuando estás de paso, porque es una comida, que a pesar de tener relleno, es ligera y fácil de comer.
Los Dumpling suelen estar rellenos de carne de cerdo guisada, cebolla, cebolleta, jengibre, ajo y miel. Los Dumpling veganos llevan los mismos ingredientes, salvo la carne de cerdo, que se sustituye por setas u otras verduras. Por último, el toque mágico lo da la salsa para mojar, y para llevar a la boca. Esta se prepara con salsa de soja, pimienta, vinagre de arroz y miel. En ese lugar, había pocas opciones para acompañar esta comida, así que preferí el agua. También tienen a la venta la bebida Saque, en diferentes sabores, con un 15% V/V de alcohol.
