El título escogido para este post, tiene que ver inquietudes que, como creador, siempre lo hago, lo promuevo y con esta entrega, es lo que busco. Debo reconocer que no siempre soy inquieto, curioso, como debe ser todo creador de contenidos. En ocasiones, me paro en la vereda de enfrente para observarme y veo que estoy haciendo lo mismo, desde hace rato. Está bien insistir hasta que suceda, pero también debemos estar despiertos para darnos cuenta de que de dicho pozo, ya no saldrá agua.

! [English]The title chosen for this post, has to do with the concerns that, as a creator, I always do, I promote it and with this delivery, is what I am looking for. I must admit that I am not always restless, curious, as every content creator should be. Sometimes, I stand on the opposite sidewalk to observe myself and I see that I've been doing the same thing for a long time. It is good to insist until it happens, but we must also be awake to realize that no water will come out of that well.

Primeramente, quiero decir que para crecer, debemos seguir creando, pero sin dejar de ser. Es muy importante intentar conocernos, conocer nuestras fortalezas, nuestras debilidades y trabajar para mejorarlas. Conociendo nuestras debilidades, podemos trabajar para mejorarnos y ser mejores creadores, mejores personas y sobre todo crecer, siendo. Pienso que reinventarnos, no debe ser una moda pasajera, sino una constante, en un mundo tan exigente al cual elegimos pertenecer.

La mayoría sabemos que en la web 2, todo es muy vertiginoso y los grandes algoritmos, se mueven constantemente. Lo que hoy funciona, quizás mañana ya es obsoleto. Entiendo que en la web 3, todo transcurre como más despacio, pero también considero que debemos estar reinventándonos constantemente. Los creadores de contenidos y los consumidores de la web 3, somos diferentes a los de la web 2. Buscamos estímulos diferentes, pero una realidad también es, que convivimos día a día.
! [English] Most of us know that in Web 2, everything is very fast and the big algorithms are constantly moving. What works today may be obsolete tomorrow. I understand that in web 3, everything happens more slowly, but I also believe that we must be constantly reinventing ourselves. Content creators and consumers of web 3 are different from those of web 2. We look for different stimuli, but one reality is also that we live together day by day.
Muchos arrancamos buscando ese nicho que nos encanta, ese lugar en el cual podemos ser y sumar valor. En ocasiones nos va bien y automáticamente nos quedamos ahí y puede pasar mucho tiempo, sin movernos del lugar. El que te lee, ve o escucha, ya casi sabe lo que vas a decir y ese pequeño gran detalle, es lo que a veces hace que ya no te siga. Es que le aburres, siempre dices lo mismo (por más interesante que sea tu contenido). En lo particular me encanta crear contenidos de salidas ciclistas, pero debo reinventarme. Debo buscar alternativas para mejorar dicho contenido, hacerlo diferente, reinventarme. La idea no es, dejar de hacer lo que te apasiona, sino buscarle la vuelta a la tuerca y volver a conectar con los seguidores.
! [English] Many of us start out looking for that niche we love, that place where we can be and add value. Sometimes we do well and we automatically stay there and a long time can go by without moving from that place. Whoever reads, sees or listens to you, almost knows what you are going to say and that little detail is what sometimes makes them stop following you. They get bored, you always say the same thing (no matter how interesting your content is). In particular, I love creating cycling outings content, but I have to reinvent myself. I must look for alternatives to improve this content, make it different, reinvent myself. The idea is not to stop doing what you are passionate about, but to look for ways to turn the screw and reconnect with your followers.
Como creadores de contenidos de la web 3, tenemos una responsabilidad hermosa. Mantener viva las expectativas de quienes nos siguen, sumar valor, emocionar, entretener y sobre todo, provocar reflexión. Puede que sea difícil, realmente no lo sé, pero debemos intentarlo, para no extinguirnos. Pienso que para lograr reinventarnos, debemos enfocarnos en ser mejores, nosotros. Desarrollar habilidades, incursionar en otras áreas de la vida y también leer las tendencias actuales y preguntarse, si realmente puedes ser parte del colectivo.
! [English]As web 3 content creators, we have a beautiful responsibility. To keep alive the expectations of those who follow us, to add value, to excite, to entertain and above all, to provoke reflection. It may be difficult, I really don't know, but we must try, so as not to become extinct. I think that in order to reinvent ourselves, we must focus on being better, us. Reinventarnos no siempre es cómodo y ahí radica el crecimiento. Implica dudas, provoca errores, empezar de nuevo y todas las manifestaciones del miedo en nuestro actuar. Pero también implica escuchar nuevas voces dentro nuestro, nuevas formas de decir, de conectar con los seguidores y por supuesto, nuevas formas de mantenernos vigente en el mundo virtual y de la web 3. A veces pienso, que todo tiende a ser descartable e intentar reinventarnos, siento que es una forma de resistencia, para no extinguirnos como creadores. Reinventarte, te permite estar vigente en el mundo digital y me animo a decir en la vida misma.
! [English] Reinventing ourselves is not always comfortable and that is where growth lies. It implies doubts, provokes mistakes, starting over and all the manifestations of fear in our actions. But it also implies listening to new voices within us, new ways of saying, of connecting with our followers and of course, new ways of keeping ourselves alive in the virtual world and the web 3. Sometimes I think that everything tends to be disposable and trying to reinvent ourselves, I feel that it is a form of resistance, so as not to become extinct as creators. Reinventing yourself allows you to be current in the digital world and I dare to say in life itself.
Por último, te invito a trabajar en este aspecto. Siento que cuando nos reinventamos, estamos fortaleciendo el vínculo con nuestros seguidores y por supuesto, estamos creciendo. Debemos tener la humildad de reconocer de que no sabemos todo y que siempre podemos dar más. Trasladándolo a los deportes, a veces creemos que ya no damos más y saben que, siempre se puede un poco más. Así que si estás en esos momentos en donde las dudas te atrapan, te animo a reinventarte. A jugártela, a dominar tus miedos y desprenderte del que dirán. Porque en esa apuesta, además de mantenerte vigente, encontraras lo más genuino de vos.
Perdón que siempre me extiendo en mis escritos. Debo mejorar ese aspecto, ya que lo que busco, es conectar con vos, reflexionar con vos, sin aburrirte en el camino.
