A society of light and shadow
Faces full of light,
A smile of politeness is painted on their faces,
But in their hearts,
The shadow of self-interest, the crooked line.
Some people have words of justice on their faces,
A poisoned arrow behind them,
Love in the light of day,
Only insult at night.
Who is right? Who is wrong?
The shadow of justice is seen,
Nodding to the side of the strong is the illusion of principles today.
Some win and do wrong,
Some lose and tell the truth,
In this society, light means
To show off, identity is in the shadow.
Wherever there is advantage, there it runs,
Morality is not alive today,
Brightness in front of the eyes,
A shadow of darkness has fallen behind it.
Yet there are some people,
Who may be small, but straightforward,
Not enlightened, but full of truth,
Even in the shadow, they seek light.
