Don't look back. A Poetic Practice

I'm unsure how to move
Forward into the abyss
A pit of broken love
Tearing apart going amiss.

Heavy are the insides
Shaking thoughts away
My minds eye subsides
Where will I be going to lie?

Stolen glances all from me?
Shrugging in wondering
Love them set them free
Walk out no crying.

Time will tell of life ahead
Look down and drown
Forward head up or be dead
Breathing finely sound.

It is over with no turning back
All we can do is remember
Of times past with smile lack
No more time or forever

Hard to shake being negative
Even near impossible to gaze
A roller coaster life to live
Drown out the sorrow with haze

This could just be nothing
Or it could be everything

All I know is its hurting
Pain I think I'm feeling
