baby steps while I climb this high mountain
for it's a marathon not a sprint
don't get livid at my choices
as I don't get distracted with the market noises
focused on what I aim at getting
it's just the way I'm wired to stop regretting
experiences taught me a lesson
never to be envious of the other person
with that my worries tend to lessen
baby steps as I ascend this towering peak,
again it's a marathon, strength I must seek,
a steady climb is all I aim
each foothold a testament to the sublime.
through valleys and pinnacles, I venture on,
with each trials and triumphs comes a remarkable melody,
scaling levels with tolerance and accuracy,
for the highest point of brilliance,
is my heart's central goal
to my friends and foes
I'm always on my ten toes
ready for the move at any slightest push
praying until something happens...
