As a project we know that UCLA is the largest and most prestigious university in the region, but due to social circumstances many things have deteriorated, including the desire to innovate and that thanks to the work we have been doing in the institution has awakened not only the spark or desire, but also the need to understand that innovation is vital in educational processes, even more so in a deanship of science and technology.
Regarding the educational days of Hive, we can say that they have been a series of events co-organized between authorities of the Dean's Office, led by the professor director of academic registration, together with us. Each of the events has had as main objective to spread the knowledge about Hive as a next-generation blockchain, ideal for building projects, thanks to its main features, it is a decentralized network, which has no fees and is community oriented.
During the conference, several activities were carried out, among which the following stand out:

En este contexto, el Decanato de Ciencias y Tecnología de la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) ha sido pionero en abrirse al conocimiento y la adopción de esta tecnología a través de actividades educativas innovadoras lideradas por este equipo. En el último trimestre hemos tenido varias jornadas educativas sobre Hive enfocadas en el desarrollo, lo que ha permitido a estudiantes, profesores y profesionales explorar las posibilidades de esta tecnología en un entorno académico y social.

Como proyecto sabemos que la UCLA es la universidad más grande y con más prestigio de la región, pero por circunstancias sociales muchas cosas se han deteriorado, entre ellas el deseo de innovar y que gracias a el trabajo que hemos estado haciendo en la institución se ha despertado no solo la chispa o el deseo, sino también la necesidad de entender que la innovación es vital en los procesos educativos, aún más en un decanato de ciencias y tecnologías.
Sobre las jornadas educativas de Hive, podemos decir que han sido una serie de eventos co-organizados entre autoridades del Decanato, liderado por la profesora directora de registro académico, junto a nosotros. Cada uno de los eventos ha tenido como objetivo principal difundir el conocimiento sobre Hive como blockchain de última generación, ideal para edificar proyectos, gracias a sus características principales, es una red descentralizada, que no posee fees y que está orientada a la comunidad.
Durante las jornadas, se llevaron a cabo diversas actividades, entre las que se destacan:
Talleres: Sesiones donde los participantes aprendieron la teoría y filosofía de blockchain, y como Hive es pionera en web3 por lo que están incentivados a desarrollar aplicaciones blockchain básicas.
Conferencias magistralesExposiciones de expertos en blockchain que abordaron temas como la descentralización, la seguridad y las aplicaciones prácticas de la tecnología.
Mesas redondasEspacios de discusión donde estudiantes, profesores y profesionales intercambiaron ideas sobre el futuro de blockchain en la educación y la sociedad, e idearon posibles prototipos de herramientas a desarrollar en la blockchain de Hive en pro de solucionar problemas o mejorar procesos universitarios dentro del decanato.

Impacto en la comunidad académica y social
Las jornadas no solo tuvieron un impacto académico, sino que también generaron un cambio significativo en la percepción de la tecnología blockchain entre los participantes. Algunos de los resultados más destacados incluyen:
Formación de talento Los talleres y conferencias permitieron a los estudiantes adquirir conocimientos en blockchain, lo que les ha brindado tener una apertura y deseo por conocer más.

- Difundir el conocimiento: Organizar más eventos como las Jornadas Educativas para sensibilizar a la comunidad sobre los beneficios de esta tecnología.
