Naravno da bi sve bilo interesantnije kuvam u kotlicu na otvorenom.
Greetings, friends, greetings from Vrsac. Today I have the honor to share with you my humble culinary experience. Today I will prepare for you a dish of exquisianed taste and mixture of meat, vegetables and spices. Of course it would be more interesting to cook in an outdoor kettle.
Za pripremu gulasa koristim dosta raznovrsnog povrca i barem dve vrste mesa i zacina po ukusu.
Prvo svo povrce ocistim i dobro operem nakon cega ga iseckam na sitnije komadice.
To prepare the stew I use quite a variety of vegetables and at least two types of meat and spices to taste. First, I clean all the vegetables and wash it well after which I cut it into small pieces.
Od povrca sam koristio luk, sargarepu, celer i zelen.
U kotlic stavljam domacu svinjsku mast i kada se ugreje dodajem povrce.
From vegetables I used onions, sargarepa, celery and green. I put the home lard in the kettle and when it warms up I add the vegetables.
Dok se povrce lagano dinsta seckam meso na komadice.
Od mesa imam svinjetinu i malo srnetine.
While the vegetables are slightly sauted I chop the meat into pieces. Meat made me pork and some venison.
Kada je povrce dovoljno dinstano dodajem meso u njega i sve zajedno dinstam na blagoj vatri.
When the vegetables are sufficiently sauted I add the meat to it and sautify everything together on a gentle fire.
Kada sve bude blago prodinstano dodajem sitno iseckan crni luk, beli luk i prazi luk pa pustim da se malo sjedini uz blago mesanje, nakon cega dodajem vodu i zacine.
Od zacina koristim so, biber, lovorov list, majcinu dusicu, ruzmarin i persun.
Sve to pustam da se krcka na tihoj vatri narednih sat do sat ipo vremena.
When everything is slightly simmering, add the finely chopped onions, garlic and leegnaces and let it combine a little with a gentle stir, after which I add water and spices. I use salt, pepper, laurel leaf, mother's mattress, rosemary and parsley. I'm letting it all crunch on a quiet fire for an hour to an hour and a half.
Kada sve bude kompaktno u gulas dodajem jednu casu crnog vina, oko pola litre domaceg kuvanog paradajza i pola cokolade za kuvanje.
When everything is compact in the stew, I add one glass of red wine, about half a litre of homemade cooked tomatoes and half a chocolate to cook.
Sve ovo se krcka jos nekih pola sata uz povremeno mesanje da bi se sto bolje sjedinilo.
All of this is crunched for about half an hour with the occasional stir to bring it together as best as possible.
Dok se gulas krcka barim makarone i spremam pire krompir kao prilog koji cu posluziti uz gulas.
Kada sve bude gotovo postavljam sto i serviram u tanjire gulas sa prilozima.
While the goulash is crunching, I'm doing macaroni and making mashed potatoes as an attachment to serve with stew. When it's all over, I set the table and serve it in plates of goulash with attachments.
Za salatu sam spremio svez kupus.
Verujte mi da je preukusno, iznenadio sam samog sebe a i ukucani nisu imali zamerke.
