¿Cómo conocí Hive? / How did I get to know Hive?
Pues un gran amigo de tiempos remotos jejeje (@morenow) me comentó del ecosistema Hive y después de una ardua asesoría de llamadas, cap de pantallas, de mucha charla (muy amena por cierto) me explicó con mucha pedagogía, debo reconocer (paciencia) me dio un paso a paso muy detallado de todo los términos a usar en la plataforma. Y pues acá estamos lista para iniciar como mi presentación.
Mi nombre Dayana Boada Campos, madre de una nena de 2 años y 7 meses, Licenciada en Educación Integral y Magister en RRHH tengo 38 años, casada y somos una familia 3 +1, el 4to es nuestra mascota Beltránsito luego les hablo de él... soy una mujer apasionada por las ventas y todo lo que tenga que ver con la comercialización de un producto o servicio, siempre, Siempre, pero siempre buscando la manera de ver el lado comercial a todo en mi vida.
Poseo una gran capacidad de persuasión, habilidad muy buena en tema comercial. Por varios años fui docente de aula y tuve a mi cargo niños de educación inicial, educación básica y educación universitaria. Tuve el honor de impartir clases en mi gran casa de estudios UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL EXPERIMENTAL SIMÓN RODRÍGUEZ (Maturín- Venezuela), por cierto soy de Maturín - Venezuela.

Well, a great friend from remote times hehehe (@morenow) told me about the Hive ecosystem and after an arduous consulting calls, screenshots, a lot of talk (very pleasant by the way) he explained to me with much pedagogy, I must admit (patience) gave me a very detailed step by step of all the terms to use in the platform. So here we are ready to start as my presentation.
My name is Dayana Boada Campos, mother of a girl of 2 years and 7 months, Bachelor in Integral Education and Master in HR, I am 38 years old, married and we are a family 3 +1, the 4th is our pet Beltránsito then I will tell you about him ... I am a woman passionate about sales and everything that has to do with the marketing of a product or service, always, always, but always looking for the way to see the commercial side to everything in my life.
I have a great capacity of persuasion, a very good ability in commercial matters. For several years I was a classroom teacher and I was in charge of children in kindergarten, elementary education and university education. I had the honor of teaching in my great house of studies UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL EXPERIMENTAL SIMÓN RODRÍGUEZ (Maturín- Venezuela), by the way I am from Maturín - Venezuela.
Soy muy centrada y orientada siempre al futuro, a veces pienso que he perdido el tiempo en algunas cosas...pero cuando veo a mi alrededor... Me digo: Nooo Dayana, lo haz hecho bien, y me doy una palmada en la espalda y continuo surfeando la ola.
Me apasiona una buena música, una buena cerveza fría (disculpen pero esa soy yo!) Al natural. Soy de carácter fuerte, tengo un temperamento algo diferente... Me frustraba en el pasado el no tener el control de las situaciones, o que las cosas no salieran como yo quería... Pero ha pasado el tiempo y he aprendido mucho.
Amo la música venezolana, un reggaeton VIEJO, muy pocos vallenatos y me considero tener un cerebro de 20 años pero con la madurez de 45 años. Me gusta la aventura, lo casual, lo no planificado, que me digan: "vamos hacer ya"! Rápido jejeje (sonó erótico) pero sí... Soy una mujer que se aburre rápido de la costumbre.
¿Difícil de complacer? Yo diría q que sí!!! Con lo más básico y lo más barato pero sin planificar tanto. Así soy.

I am very focused and future oriented, sometimes I think I have wasted my time in some things...but when I look around me.... I say to myself: Nooo Dayana, you did well, and I give myself a pat on the back and continue surfing the wave.
I'm passionate about good music, a good cold beer (sorry but that's me!) Naturally. I have a strong character, I have a different temperament.... I used to get frustrated in the past not being in control of situations, or things not going my way.... But time has passed and I've learned a lot.
I love Venezuelan music, an OLD reggaeton, very few vallenatos and I consider myself to have a 20 year old brain but with the maturity of 45 years old. I like the adventure, the casual, the unplanned, to be told: "let's do it now"! Fast hehehehe (it sounded erotic) but yes.... I'm a woman who gets bored fast out of habit.
Difficult to please? I would say yes!!! With the most basic and the cheapest but without planning so much. That's how I am.

Me encanta la fotografía, es un talento que he ido cultivando para mí uso personal y publicar mis fotitos en redes pero, buenas fotos (porque se ve cada barbaridad de foto) jejeje
Indago, busco, pregunto y hago lo posible por plasmar lindas fotografías familiares, de grupos, de amigos, de lugares que deseo conservar en mi memoria.

I love photography, it's a talent that I've been cultivating for my personal use and to publish my pictures in networks but, good pictures (because you can see a lot of pictures) hehehehe.
I investigate, search, ask and do my best to capture beautiful family photos, groups, friends, places that I want to keep in my memory.
Me apoyo mucho con mi esposo y tenemos un pequeño local comercial en Instagram inv_mundodeoroca (víveres, charcutería, cuidado personal, proteínas, etc.), pronto todos los integrantes de la comunidad @hivemonagas podrán hacer sus compras en nuestra tienda haciendo uso de HBD o Hive, ¡Atentos!, esto gracias a la gestión de @morenow y el Proyecto Hive Monagas.
Actualmente soy gerente de ventas de una empresa dedicada a la comercialización de misceláneos (ambientadores, pilas, cuidado personal, etc.). En esta empresa hago lo que más me gusta, VENDER, las relaciones interpersonales que es lo más valioso de un empleo (para mí), la cantidad de personas que te conozcan te abre un abanico de oportunidades.
Dentro d mis funciones del cargo esta el preparar al talento humano o fuerza de venta para que se familiaricen con los productos que venderán y bueno soy la encargada de compartirles las bondades de cada producto para crear la necesidad al cliente y posicionar nuestras líneas.

I support myself a lot with my husband and we have a small commercial store on Instagram inv_mundodeoroca (groceries, deli, personal care, proteins, etc.), soon all members of the @hivemonagas community will be able to shop in our store using HBD or Hive, thanks to the management of @morenow and the Hive Monagas Project.
I am currently sales manager of a company dedicated to the marketing of miscellaneous (air fresheners, batteries, personal care, etc.). In this company I do what I like most, SELLING, interpersonal relationships which is the most valuable of a job (for me), the number of people who know you opens a range of opportunities.
Within my functions of the position is to prepare the human talent or sales force to become familiar with the products they will sell and well I am in charge of sharing the benefits of each product to create the need for the customer and position our lines.

Creo les dije me apasionan las ventas ??? Jejeje pues acá voy con el emprendimiento de la pandemia el año 2020 fue duro para la humanidad, pero en el medio de tanta soledad, vacío, perdidas materiales, humanas y tantos desafíos q vivimos. Ese año me convertí en madre, sueño anhelado que tenía de hace muchísimos años y bueno solo en la pandemia fue posible... Nació mi niña Paula Virginia y mi tienda online en Instagram paula's.fashion. Posdata: todas mis fotos de embarazo fueron creadas por mi esposo y por mi, cuando él llegaba del negocio en moto todo cansado, ya yo tenía todo listo para la sesión de fotos casera jejeje, Utilería y vestuario jejeje eso un aventura cada foto porque eran 1.000 fotos y quedaban 2 jejeje y así pasaba la semana hasta yo escoger las mejores.

I think I told you I am passionate about sales ??? Hehehehe well, here I go with the pandemic enterprise. The year 2020 was hard for humanity, but in the midst of so much loneliness, emptiness, material and human losses and so many challenges we live. That year I became a mother, a dream I had longed for many years and only in the pandemic was it possible.... My little girl Paula Virginia was born and my online store on Instagram paula's.fashion. P.S.: all my pregnancy photos were created by my husband and me, when he arrived from the business by motorcycle all tired, I had everything ready for the home photo shoot hehehehe, props and wardrobe hehehehe that an adventure each photo because there were 1,000 photos and there were 2 hehehehe and so the week passed until I chose the best ones.
Y bueno por último y no menos importante, estoy muy feliz de pertenecer a hive... Quiero aprender y hacer vida en la comunidad con la ayuda de todos 🙂.
