El pasado sábado, recibí una gorra como premio por participar en la iniciativa Vivencias que definen a Hive de la comunidad Builders Hive Monagas. La iniciativa se llevó a cabo en el mes de agosto, y la temática de esta era explicar de manera personal como Hive ha influido en nuestras vidas, la verdad no me esperaba ganar con mi participación ya que todos los participantes hicieron muy buenos aportes al respecto por lo que para mí fue una gran sorpresa cuando me etiquetaron como ganador, eso me alegró muchísimo, sinceramente me alegraron el día.
Last Saturday, I received a cap as a prize for participating in the Experiences that define Hive initiative of the Builders Hive Monagas community. The initiative was carried out in the month of August, and the theme of this was to explain in a personal way how Hive has influenced our lives. The truth is, I did not expect to win with my participation since all the participants made very good contributions in this regard. So for me it was a big surprise when they labeled me as the winner, that made me very happy, they honestly made my day.
Debo admitir que la demora en la entrega del premio fue toda mi culpa. La persona que me iba a entregar el premio, @morenow, estuvo siempre a su disposición para coordinar la entrega. Sin embargo, yo no fui lo suficientemente organizado y no pude encontrar un momento para reunirme con él. Finalmente, el sábado nos encontramos en el centro de la ciudad, charlamos un poco sobre la iniciativa y también sobre Hive en general, futuros eventos y debatimos ideas de cómo coordinarnos y unirnos mejor como grupo.
I must admit that the delay in delivering the prize was entirely my fault. The person who was going to give me the award, @morenow, was always available to coordinate the delivery. However, I was not organized enough and could not find a time to meet him. Finally, on Saturday we met in the city center, chatted a bit about the initiative and also about Hive in general, future events and discussed ideas on how to better coordinate and unite as a group.
Me sentí muy agradecido por su paciencia y por su disposición para entregarme el premio, la gorra es un premio muy especial para mí, es un recordatorio de mi participación en la iniciativa y de que alguna u otra forma mi experiencia dentro de la plataforma hizo que algunos usuarios se sintieran identificados, es un placer el haber participado, contar mi historia y poder ser parte de este gran grupo el cual está conformado de personas increíblemente geniales.
I felt very grateful for their patience and for their willingness to give me the award.
