After demonetisation in India, the use of UPI has increased rapidly. Now days people are giving more priority to UPI transactions, because it is very fast ,easy and efficient.
Nowadays in India you will find UPI QR code scanner from a small stall to the biggest shopping malls. Many applications have been created today for UPI transactions, these applications not only transfer money but also do many things like our mobile recharge, DTH recharge, our health insurance, our vehicle insurance and some other services also.
As UPI is also a technology and there were always some bugs and errors occurs sometimes, so today I will tell you about single solution of some common UPI errors.
These common issues are as follows:
๐Money has been deducted from your account but has not credited on receiver account.
๐Your UPI account has been blocked due to entering wrong pin multiple times.
๐You have money in your account but you are not able to do the transaction.
๐Your UPI Account not being activated in new device.
๐You are doing transaction but transaction is showing pending .
๐You have sent money to wrong UPI ID by mistake.
These were some common errors, apart from this there are many more errors can be seen.
For any solution of error related to UPI, you just have to login to www.npci.org.in, through this website you can solve any of your UPI transaction related errors and other queries.
I will tell you some steps, along with screenshots, with the help of which you will be able to get information on about how to solve your common UPI related errors.
First of all you have to enter "www.npci.org.in" in your browser,
After that you At the top right, you will get the option of Get in touch, you have to click on that option๐

After that, three options will appear there, you have to select the second number option UPI Compliant๐

As you select the UPI Compliant option after that you will be redirected to a new page, here at the bottom you will be seeing written "complaint",Below complaint you will see many options like transaction, pin, account, sms login etc you will see "+" in front of all these options.
Now your UPI error comes under within option ,click on the "+" sign in front of that option๐

Note-:I have marked on transaction option is just for an example you can select on the option under which column your issue comes in.
Fill all the things correctly that are being asked. And you also have to enter your email address and mobile number in this column because you will be contacted on this email address or mobile number for any communication related to whatever complaint you have raised๐
Once you have filled all the information, check it thoroughly and click on the submit option.๐
When you click on the submit option, after that your complaint will be registered and your issue will be resolved within 24 hours.
