I just glanced over your selections and found the piece on T-cells to be particularly interesting. Whenever I see a development that targets T-cells I pay particular attention because I'm a little familiar with autoimmune therapies, especially therapies for lupus. I know T cells promote the proliferation of B cells, which are trouble makers in lupus. I found this article: CRISPR Conversation: Yuriy Baglaenko Explores the Potential of CRISPR for Treating Autoimmune Diseases . There seems to be a lot of research done with CRISPR and investigation of B cells. Thanks for opening that door. While much of what I read in journals is puzzling to me, every time I read a journal article I put more pieces of the puzzle together. :)
