If you carefully look at the Image in question; You would have noticed the following pattern is being followed::
Actually, there isn't any pattern and this time the puzzle was a bit tricky. We had used the Roman Numerals representation to get to the answer.
XXIX - in Roman Numerals represents 29
Now you remove I from it.
We are left with XXX - which represents 30
