If you carefully look at the Image in question; You would have noticed the following pattern is being followed::
First column in A x 3 = First column in B
Second cloumn in A x 4 = Decond cloumn in B
Third column in A x 5 = Third column in B
Fourth column in A x 6 = Fourth column in B
Fifth column in A x 7 = Fifth column in B
Now let's take the column in Question which is::
- Fourth column in A x 6 = Fourth column in B
? * 6 = 60
10 * 6 = 60
