This post is a continuation of my previous story about the Antique Museum. Well, it turns out that the place is part of a wider and no less interesting tourist area - namely Glampong Tourism !!!
For those of you who like places with old-time vibes, movie props, and photo spots that make your feed more beautiful, Glampong is a must-explore !
🏘️ Feel like entering the world of colonial era movies
Glampong is like a mini city designed to resemble an old-school movie set. In fact, this place is often used for real shooting, you know!
Once inside, you are immediately greeted by a classic atmosphere with small paved roads, curved tram tracks, and rows of old buildings that make you nostalgic. Among them:
- Chinese shop
- Beerhouse
- Bicycle shop
- Police Department
- Merapi Cinema**
- Panorama shop & artshop
- Old workshop
And no less iconic is the row of classic antique cars, such as:
- Dententie Voertuig (prisoner's car)
- Highway Patrol police cars
- An old-school taxi
- European colonial-style cars**
Every corner in Glampong is photo-worthy. Not just for memories, but also content! 📸
🧟♀️ Haunted Houses: From Nostalgia to Guts Test!
In addition to the museum, we also tried to enter the Hantu Rumah ride which turned out to be... super thrilling!
This house has 19 rooms , and each one is full of surprises that give you goosebumps .. Me , my wife , Tina and her boyfriend were confident going in ... but after just a few rooms , we all immediately couldn't go on 😅 ..
The horror is unbearable! The sound effects, lighting, and atmosphere... made my heart work hard.
If you're the type who likes a challenge and wants to test your adrenaline, try this ride. But be ready... don't make the wrong move 😆
🌉 From Spooky to Serene
After the guts test, we can sleep in a cooler area. This Glampong has it:
- Small fish-filled river with beautiful wooden bridge ..
- Some gasebo for relaxing while snacking or having coffee...
- Gerobak rujak, classic rickshaw, shoe sole shop, and rotating payphone - all making the atmosphere feel more 'old school' ..
Each step is like discovering a little surprise. Cool for the heart, sweet for the camera 😄
📸 Great for Content, Great for Healing
If you're a content creator, photographer, or just want to escape from your routine, Glampong is the perfect place. There are many unique visual spots that haven't been featured in Hive. One visit can get a lot of quality content material.
🌱 Little Stories from the Corners that Might Be Forgotten .
Glampong may not be a popular tourist spot, but that's exactly what makes it interesting ..
There are many interesting things hidden in this place , and it would be a shame not to share them ..
