Hello 👋Everyone, today I am going to talking about the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City which used as a War prison. This museum actually was the Tiger cages 🐅 in where War prisoners were executed brutally 😢. Locals believe the cages imprisoned up to 14 people at a time

After visiting the visiting the Independence Palace still I lots of time⏲️. So I decided to explore another place, district 3. There I found another historical place of Vietnamese War.
This is the famous book alley in Ho Chi Minh City Centre.
Here some Vietnamese handcrafts, lanterns 🏮 and handmade cards 😍.
I hired a car 🚗to go there. It takes me 30 minutes. On the way I also visited another famous place, the book street of Ho Chi Minh City. This street or alley is almost full of lots of books 📚 shop and yes it has also coffee shops and restaurants and handcrafts stores 😀. I also had a local bubble tea🧋which is very popular in here. It's made me chilled 😌 in hot weather.

Fighter planes
The US 🇺🇸 army left these battle planes after the war. Now they are standing in front of the Museum building just for exhibition. So many death and sad stories are connected with these War junkies 😥. Every year so many tourists come here to observe and understand the history of Vietnamese War destruction.
I think 🤔 he is trying to shooting 🔫 this empty machine gun with imaginary bullets😁.

Historical facts behind this Remnants Museum:
This museum has a guillotine brought in by the French government. Both South Vietnamese and French used it to execute their war prisoners until 1960. And also featured 'Agent Orange ' incident 😕. Where 4.8M people were exposed by a strong chemical outburst 😶. The ministry of Foreign Affairs believed 500k children were born with birth defects because of it😥😢.
Having lots of memories of the sad past😥, the new government renovated this place as a tourist spot. Inside of this museum there is a great collection of Vietnamese arts 🎨 artifacts 😀. I found this small green garden centre of the building. A collection of souvenir shops and a restaurant with beautiful architecture are situated at the backside of this museum 😍.
I also bought this small white marble souvenir. I had to spent 100 dong for this cutie 💓.
I found this cute ceramic green elephant 🐘 statue at a corner inside the museum and took a picture 📷 to remind him.
Note📝:
This museum is open everyday from 7:30 am to 17:00 pm.
It may be a disturbing place for children 😕. So it will be good to visit here without kids.
No entry is required 😉.
