Hello, hivers! What's new in my blog? Of course it's time to write a travel blog so that you will know how beautiful it is to travel around here in the Philippines. Let me share with all of you the uniqueness of Bantayan Island.
Us people and even for tourists, Bantayan Island is a fantastic place to go on vacation. It was my first time visiting an island renowned for its immaculate white sand beaches, glistening blue waters, and relaxed vibe. The island, which provides a tranquil getaway from the more tourist-heavy parts of the nation, is frequently regarded as a hidden gem. It is located in the Cebu Province's northern region as well.
HOW TO GET THERE.
Here are some valuable locations to get there. Because you need first to ride a boat (cruising or other kind of ship that you can travel with). You can follow these guidelines.
- You can travel straight to Hagnaya Port, which is situated in the municipality of San Remigio on the northern tip of Cebu Province, Philippines, if you're from a city or even a province. Since it is the principal port for ferries connecting Cebu's mainland to Bantayan Island, it is one of the main entry points for visitors. Santa Fe, the major town on Bantayan Island, is normally reached by ferry from Hagnaya Port in one to one and a half hours. It will take four hours to drive north if you are from Cebu City. (The ship's journey to Bantayan Island costs 350 pesos.)
- Through the Cebu North Bus Terminal, which connects Cebu City to Hagnaya Port, you can board a Cebu Provincial Bus or other local buses that are going to Hagnaya Port from the Cebu North Bus Terminal. Based on traffic and road conditions, the trip usually takes three to four hours. You can take the ferry to Bantayan Island after you get to Hagnaya Port.
- You can rent a motorbike or scooter in Cebu City or neighboring towns if you're traveling light or want a more daring choice. From there, you can drive to Hagnaya Port and catch the ferry to Bantayan Island.
I hope these guidelines will help you to go the Island.
