Hello everyone. Hope this post will find you well. I'm on the peak of excitement sharing with you guys about my joyful day.
It was Sunday when I was called by one of my friend who surprised me saying that she has arranged two passes of PSL match.
Many of you must be known about PSL and for them who aren't aware let me give details about it.
The full form of PSL is Pakistan Super League. It's the tournament of cricket matches between the teams of different cities of Pakistan.
Collectively it includes six teams for each area.
1 Lahore Qalandars
2 Karachi Kings
3 Peshawar Zalmi
4 Islamabad United's
5 Quetta Gladiators
6 Multan Sultans
These teams are arranged by well known owners of the teams. They pay a heavy amount to the team members. Each team includes the crickters of both home team and forgien teams players.
Every year it is held between February to March. It's PSL 9 which is happening in this year of 2024.
So let's come on my story, I got the passes and started to prepare myself for the match.
The thing that made me more excited is that it was my favorite team which was playing. Actually I'm supporting Lahore Qalandars from start.
I dressed up myself well and booked a ride. My friend accompanied me. We went for the match at 5pm and reached there at 7pm. The starting time of match was 7pm.
Reaching there we came across of a crowed outside of stadium. We had to enter through gate 4. There was security that was for the security of public and also the crickters.
we managed to get in after crossing a lot of check points.We were checked on a number of boots.
We entered the stadium and already 5 overs were passed and the famous player Babar Azam was doing batting. Babar was in the rival team of Peshawar Zalmi.
The stadium was so full that we were unable to find a seat to sit properly. All closures of Qaddafi Stadium were full off viewers and fans.
After a lot of struggle we find a seat to on which we both compromised. I was enjoying so much also I was flexing by putting on status that I am enjoying match live in stadium 😁. After all I'm a child at heart. I love to show up 😂.
Peshawar Zalmi scored hundred but Lahore Qalandars were unable to out even 1 player. The team on pitch were doing a great job.
But finally they starting getting out and they scored 211 in 20 overs.
After a break of half an hour Lahore Qalandars came in the ground and started batting but unfortunately the player got out before 5 overs even and no more time was spent when the 2nd player was also out.
Later the teams combat strongly and match was stuck. It's always to enjoy a match when it's in confusing situation. Lahore were made to score 28 on 6 balls.
But unfortunately they couldn't. The Lahore Qalandars were lagging 12 scores behind.
Altogether I enjoyed so much that it became one of memorable day of my life.
We ate a lot of snacks by sitting there and supported my team by slogans.
Then the teams were gone out of ground and we came back to our places. It was already 11pm when we stopped to eat something but I was unable to click pics because I was so much hungry 😋.
