Buenas tardas amigos hivers, deseo hayan pasado una bonita semana santa. Yo estuve con mi familia visitando el viernes santo un pueblo encantador llamado Jericó, hace muchos días quería ir a conocerlo por qué tiene varios lugares para visitar. Me sorprendió porque es demasiado hermoso, las fachadas son coloridas y muy bonitas, la infraestructura, sus casas son coloniales y es bastante grande, allí en el pueblo hay dos iglesias, la principal es la cátedra virgen de las Mercedes y la otra es el Santuario santa Laura, ambas son templos muy bonitos y además de eso, su pueblo es muy religioso.
Para llegar al municipio de toma la carretera pasifico 1 y pacífico 2, y luego la via al pueblo donde hay que subir bastante y además son muchas curvas, es malo para la gente que se marea fácilmente; estás carreteras del pacífico ya las han visto en algunas de mis publicaciones, esto permite que se acorte el viaje en tan solo dos horas desde Caldas Antioquia.
Lo primero que hicimos al llegar al pueblo fue tomarnos la foto en el cristo redentor, del cual se logra ver todo el municipio, en realidad tiene una vista increíble y se puede llegar por carretera o subiendo por el jardín botánico.
Luego de esto bajamos para almorzar y este festivo fueron demasiados turistas, por mi cual fue algo difícil encontrar un lugar con mesa disponible, pues en su mayoría la gente hacía fila para entrar; la comida estuvo muy buena, como para chuparse los dedos y yo pedí la tradicional bandeja paisa, comida típica de Antioquia.
Hay varios lugares por visitar acá, cómo las escalas, la cual es una calle donde hay 80 escalas muy bonitas para tomarse una buena foto, están sus iglesias, está la fuente, los almacenes dónde venden los carrieles, pues por esta razón se conoce como el pueblo del carriel. Para quienes no sepan es un bolso tipo manos libres.
Hay fincas cafeteras y mucho mas en este lugar, lo ideal es visitarlo por lo menos dos días para conocerlo un poco más, lo cual no fe posible para nosotros puesto que fuimos a visitar un pueblo cercano. Aunque ¡Esa! Es otra historia.
