Hello! How's everyone's today? Is your job as convenient as you want it to be? I am quite sad today, the computer I am using has broken down, and the possibility is that my data will be lost. it has stuck with me for quite some time…. I have to try to focus on work to have enough money to buy a new…
Today I will introduce to you a place I find very peaceful, people live here they have not been affected by outside developments and rush. However, because of that, the people here are still quite backward, they have not had access to civilizations and cultures outside, their lives are still very difficult. they subsist mainly on nature, hunting, and their farming is rudimentary….
That is the site of Tak Po school in Tra Tap commune, Nam Tra My district, Quang Nam province. This is a highland spot, where mainly Ca Dong ethnic people. they live on the slopes of Ngoc Linh mountain. Because in the high mountains, there are many places without electricity. they live in villages of about 10-15 households, which are quite far apart from one village to another, possibly having to go through several mountains.
The people here are very friendly and hospitable. There are some old people and children who can't use the common language yet… where we went to school, there were often quite a few young children gathered here. If you come up, you can bring them some candy…. Every year, there are also some volunteers from below to come here to help people here with little food and necessary supplies. Or donate some school supplies to the school. and some old clothes, warm clothes.
That time, our group came here around the end of March last year. We left Da Nang around 5 am and got there around 2 pm. On the way, our group stopped to rest and eat. and had a visit at Song Tranh 2 hydroelectric power station. After that, we went to Tak Po commune to buy some food to prepare for a camping dinner here.
Luckily for us, we went up on a dry, sunny day and there was a new road, so our group was able to drive close to that place. In the past, to get to the school site, everyone had to leave the car and cross the mountain for about 2 hours. This is the average time, but I think it takes about 5 hours to walk to that place.
When we got there, we rested for a while and then set up camp and prepared dinner. Meanwhile, it was also the time when the sun was going down. The sunset here is very beautiful and idyllic. The life of the people here is very peaceful. Maybe that's what God compensates them for after the difficulties.
And so they had a delicious dinner and then sat down to listen to music and talk together…. Looks like luck hasn't come yet. So the next morning, it was quite foggy, so there were not many clouds. Should reduce the beauty here quite a lot.
Around 9 am, we packed up our luggage and returned to Da Nang…. I think this place is worth your visit. If you have a chance, please visit this place. And I will come back here.
Some of the pictures above were recorded by my friends in the group and @whynotcamp. Thank you to everyone who read the article.
