Hello, Hivers. I'm back with another interesting blog series, and this time I'll be highlighting the gorgeous Sirao Garden, one of Cebu City's prides. If you've ever imagined yourself or if you are looking as is you are walking out into a paradise of abundance and brilliant flowers that rich of leaves, and calm mountain vistas, you should treat yourself and visit Sirao Garden you should not waste your time you should treat yourself sometimes and grant all you want to do. The Sirao Garden also known as the Little Amsterdam here in the Philippines, is a must seeing site that combines the natural beauty with the stunning views.
In this series, I'll go over all you need to know about this magnificent site, including every location, the best time to come and all the variety of flowers that beautify the landscape, and also the secret area that is perfect for photos and a relaxing spot in Sirao. I will also introduce you to what you will get the essence of the local culture. I will introduce you to intriguing activities you will do while you are there. I will literally give you all the tips that I know while I'm there so that you have some travel tips to help you have a very unforgettable trip so that you will not be stressed when you go there. The Sirao Garden has something for you and everyone, whether you are a nature lover or maybe you are a photographer, or just want to rest it fits for everyone. So be ready to be attracted by Sirao's natural beauty and join me as we go into this series. Sirao is a picturesque area that is located in capital city of Cebu, Philippines. I think that is a northern part of Cebu specifically it is located in the mountainous area of Cebu City. It was a quiet and rural barangay (village). It is also known as a Little Amsterdam or a local Flower Farm of Cebu. It primarily known as its stunning flower gardens and scenic landscapes. There’s a closer look in the picture that attached upstairs and every side of the area that is very captivating,the history and the origin of its name. It is a cooler environment and a lovely vistas, and colorful flower farms attracted tourists to the area. Tourists frequently travel to photograph the bright blooms against the backdrop of the mountains, making it a popular location for Instagram photographs.
However in recent years, Sirao has gained fame for its flower farms, it bloomed and became well-known and became one of the prides of Cebu City, particularly those producing celosia flowers. The farm has attracted tourists in tourist and a photographers and to thus who are nature lovers, boosting local tourism and even the foriegn.
I HAVE 3 IMPORTANT TIPS FOR YOU IF YOU’RE GOING TO SIRAO:
First, you should check the weather first before going to Sirao because it’s nice if you go when the sun is up, it's the best time to visit the flower garden. Therefore, be prepared and check out the weather first before you leave. A sunny day is perfect for taking a picture there the right angle will be captured. Travel is a little bit of a hassle if it will rain because of the high terrain and especially slick roads during rainy seasons.
Second, you will enjoy it if you ride motorcycles and the majority of the visitors prefer motorcycles because it is the most affordable and convenient for going to the flower garden. Just talk to the driver about not driving too fast because the road there is slippery sometimes to prevent accidents.
Third, you should check the batteries in your smartphones and cameras so that you can take pictures. It is going to be disastrous and a struggle at a photographic moment is low batteries—you can’t take pictures from every angle of Sirao. The flowers are so very lovely and a pride of Sirao, you can't take a picture of it if you will be low-bat and you will be going to be stressed out that if you are not able to capture it hehe
