Hello Hive and Liketu communities! I hope you are having a happy Sunday.
Today I continue with the trip in the Gargano and I come to show you Mattinata, the village, which deserves a separate set of photos, is old and has many beautiful corners to explore; and one of the most beautiful beaches of the spur, "Cala della Sanguinara" is reached by walking along a path inside Italy's largest Aleppo pine forest. The beach is not large and is characterized by the presence of rocks and stacks but, above all, by few people, even in high season, and fabulous sea. From Sanguinara you can visit caves in the area, some accessible on foot and others only by sea (we did not have time to take a boat ride, but it is worth it and renting one did not present a high cost).
