It has been two weeks since we planned this trip. A lot of conflict in our schedule we had to convince our scheduling manager to assign our day off on the same day we will have our trip. It was a long plan because we have to be sure that we can make it in time so that we don't face any problems during work. It was midnight and full of stars when we started to go. We are all excited and our emotions are getting hyped up expecting all the goods during our trip.
It was 3 am midnight when we started to prepare our needs for our trip, the tent, food, and other necessities. Our meet-up place was on one of our friends, this friend is one of my special friends because he was the one who took me in when I have to get away from home due to a problem that I can't take. While waiting for others my boyfriend was the one who cooked all the food because he's our cook on every occasion that we had. One by one our co-workers started to come and we prepare other needs besides chatting and planning where we are going. Before going we stopped at one of the gasoline stations to fulfill so that we don't worry about stopping if one of us has an empty tank. After that, we went straight and have no stops during the ride because we might face heavy traffic during the ride.
Our ride for this trip we planned to use our own vehicle which is a motorcycle. We have 8 motorcycles, and each has a passenger. It was 4 am in the morning when we finished all the food and needs and we started to go to one of our destinations, the Kaybiang tunnel. It was a long ride our starting point was in General Trias to Ternate Cavite. As a passenger, it was also tiring but not as tiring as the driver. We decided to take a stop first because we did not have time to eat breakfast before we go. After we ate breakfast, we resume our trip what I liked about this trip was that they don't leave us, they are beside or behind us so that we will not get lost on our trip.
When we arrived in Ternate Cavite, it was a thrilling ride because it was so dark and surrounded by trees also it has no light on every road we took, and the surprise we can encounter especially there were a lot of monkeys playing in that place. We took a lot of pictures at Kaybiang Tunnel after that we resume and went to our second destination, Batangas Church. After that we went straight ahead to our destination, we are chasing the time because we also have our graveyard duty. But still, we planned to enjoy and cherish every second we had on this trip.
It was a long ride, our estimated time on this trip was 2hrs and 30mins because when we came on our exact trip the sun was already risen. We took a rest first. We parked our motors and went to one of our co-worker's houses and took some kitchen appliances. Before going to the beach, we have to take a ride on a boat to Interlink Island. It was 7 am when we arrived at the Interlink, Brgy.Wawa Nasubgu Batangas.
Interlink was the name of the island, when we arrived, we are full of joy and started to wear our bathing suits. Boys being boys rushed to the ocean and started to play and swim, as women we prepare the food and also built the tent after that we also swim and feel the ocean. For me, I enjoy swimming in the sun because it has also vitamins because it was morning.Although we faced conflicts during the ride and also while preparing. We took the chance to take a lot of pictures, play music, eat, and enjoy the water.
In the afternoon the sun's rays are too hot to handle so we decided to pack up and hit the road before sunset, while on the road we felt hungry, and we tried to eat at one of these eateries that sells unlimited bagnet that we also tried. It was almost 4 pm when we decided to hit the road again with no stops now because we are now in a rush because as I said we have a graveyard duty at Mcdo. When we got home, we stayed at one of our co-workers who are near Mcdo and take a good rest.
This trip made me realize that cherish every moment you had with your friends. I value all of my friends here and also always look forward to our future trips. Now we are also planning to hike at Mount Talamitan and carefully prepare for it so that we don't face any conflict in the future. I always tell them that even though I don't now work with them anymore they can always count on me, and I can always help. I value and treasure them because they bring out the joy in me whenever I am with them.
