Surely every fans of 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐬 here are familiar or have heared of this one. This is a Japanese phrase which means 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚/𝙙𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩.
Japan holds a very special place in my heart because I have experienced a lot of first times there: my first snow experience, learning to ride a bicycle, first international flight, where I bought my gadgets except for my phone, etc. It was also the place where I have started healing my inner child as I was not able to do so from being so poor before. 😄
The photo above is me posing on an Attack on Titans attraction at the Universal Studios Japan.
Speaking of my first times, here are some of those things:

I admit it was exhilarating at first, like woooow, so this is it. Although after going down from the initial high, the cold and inconveniences of melting snow is something that turns me off a bit. Nowadays, I would rather choose a cool place without snow during winter season.

Do you know that I learned to ride the bicycle at the age of 24! Yeah, I can't believe it either. Lol
I am not really very good with coordination and balance so when I had a hard time learning it as a child, I just gave up. But not until necessity hits hard that I have no choice but to learn it and boy was I grateful I did. I am still not very good but I can already manage now.
I say bicycling is one of the best past times I have. There is some sort of temporary freedom that I feel everytime I do so.
It is not dangerously fast like motorcycles and you get to enjoy the view along the way. Just a relaxing sort of exercise to clear your mind and appreciate the views around.

I was scared as heck! I can't help but overthink what if something bad happens during the flight? Our lives would be at the mercy of the pilots and if the worst is gonna happen, I can't even swim to save myself.
But I guess I am calmer now considering accidents have a very small chance during airplane travels. I usually just sleep or do cloud watching nowadays during flights.
Going back to the title of the post, in what things do you mostly dedicate your hearts into?

As for me right now, it is to save some meager amount for financial security and at the same time experience the things I have always wanted to try as a child. Like eating Cerelac (a super delicious baby food), playing Pokemon to my hearts content, watching my favorite anime, playing games online and having decent clothes or things that I never had growing up.
To some it may be shallow but to each their own. How about you, what are the things do you mostly dedicate your hearts into?
