I am a park ranger and I cannot say the place and leave other personal information because it is prohibited by the regulations.
But I can make known many aspects of my profession and photos of the places that I patrol, take care of and protect.
Therefore, I will be publishing photos and stories of some places that tourists generally do not access because they are almost inaccessible in some cases or because they lack the minimum hygiene, sanitary and / or comfort requirements that any tourist wants.
They are places of incomparable beauty that normally only us and the occasional adventurer wishing to know pure nature, as it was created, without the intervention of human beings.
We access many of these places only by walking, climbing or riding our horses. Impossible to arrive any other way. Crossing rivers and tangled jungles to reach the objective. Sleeping in tents most of the time. And always wearing our badge that we wear with pride.
And in doing so we have discovered animals and plant species not yet inventoried that we have proceeded to denounce and incorporate into the vast heritage of continental biodiversity.
In my free time, in the immensity of the woods, I devote myself to my favorite pastime: painting and drawing.
I belong to a non-profit organization that offers its services to any protected area that requires it.
Whether it is a national or provincial park declared as such or a protected natural reserve that does not yet enjoy that status.
I love nature and animals and for that reason I chose this profession, which I would not trade for all the gold in the world.
And I hope that, through my stories and photos, they learn to respect her like I do.
Soy guardaparques y no puedo decir el lugar y dejar otros datos personales porque está prohibido por el reglamento.
Pero puedo dar a conocer muchos aspectos de mi profesión y fotos de los lugares que patrullo, cuido y protejo.
Por lo tanto iré publicando fotos y relatos de algunos lugares a los cuales generalmente no accede el turista porque son casi inaccesibles en algunos casos o porque carecen de los mínimos requisitos higiénicos, sanitarios y/o comodidades que cualquier turista pretende.
Son lugares de una belleza incomparable que normalmente conocemos solo nosotros y algún que otro aventurero deseoso de conocer la naturaleza pura, tal como fue creada, sin la intervención del ser humano.
A muchos de estos lugares accedemos solo caminando, trepando o montados en nuestros caballos. Imposible llegar de otra manera. Atravesando rios y selvas enmarañadas para llegar al objetivo. Durmiendo en carpas la mayor parte de las veces.
Y vistiendo siempre nuestra divisa que portamos con orgullo.
Y haciendo así hemos descubierto animales y especies vegetales aún no inventariadas que hemos procedido a denunciar y a incorporar al vasto patrimonio de la biodiversidad continental.
En los ratos libres, en la inmensidad de los bosques me dedico a mi pasatiempo preferido: pintar y dibujar.
Pertenezco a una organización sin fines de lucro que ofrece sus servicios a cualquier área protegida que lo requiere.
Sea un parque nacional o provincial declarado como tal o una reserva natural protegida que aún no goza de ese estatus.
Amo la naturaleza y los animales y por ese motivo elegí esta profesión, que no cambiaría por todo el oro del mundo.
Y espero que, a través de mis relatos y fotos, aprendan a respetarla como yo.
