Hello beautiful people out there!
Recently I've been roaming around the Jubbal at Himachal Pradesh India and to my surprise I came to know about a place called Khada Pathar. The name khada pathar means a stone standing still. Well I'm not sure about which stone they were talking about but the place has numerous such stone itself it's located on a strong and huge rock.
From this place you can visit Shimla at Himachal and Dehradun at Uttrakhand India. Also it leads to Giri Ganga which is situated in the heart of Jubbal, between the dense forest. Jubbal is small town know for it's beauty and apple orchard. The major occupation of people living here is farming, mostly apple farming. So without thinking much I took the path leading to that place from khada pathar and started my journey.
Walking here is a blessing itself, a road so beautiful that you want to enjoy every bit of it. The road is approx 5 kilometres long and is covered with deodar and rhododendron trees. You can smell wildflowers, rhododendron and the deodar, the scent left me mesmerized. While looking up close I found mushroom growing on these trees and I found it fascinating. Not only plants flourish human life, they also support the and maintain the ecological balance of the gases. The role of plants plays is not only critical but profound.
Recently I've been looking for 'YOG' over the internet and I came to know about an interesting thing. Yog is not just moving your body and streching, not only meditation, Yog means "connection" or "to unite". It connects you to the universe which basically means everything around you is inside you. It's a path to spiritual enlightenment and self realisation. Well the carbon dioxide you are releasing is taken up by them and oxygen is released by them. Which basically means we are interconnected and if we literally have to face any consequences right then and there we would have never cuted any tree in life.
With you the shadows of the huge trees also walk, which is fun. Some part of the road was totally covered with the tree with little sun rays passing through them and other part is totally different. You can see the how the sunrays have turned it all yellow.
After walking on this beautiful road for about an hour, I finally reached the hill top. The freshness and the crisp of the air literally reverse aged me today, I as was as happy as a kid and full of joy. The place is rich in flora and fauna and it is advised to not go to the forest during the winters as the animals come down from the top and roam around. The charm of this place is tranquil and it's a best destination for those seeking peace and want's to form close connection with nature.
I hope you enjoyed reading!
