Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I want to share our June 2024 trip to the Philippine Eagle Center. It is too late to share, but it is better than nothing. The Philippine Eagle Center is in Malagos Baguio District of Davao City, Mindanao.
The Philippines Eagle Center is ideal for a school or family field trip. This wasn't my first visit, as our school had already taken a field trip there many times in grade school. So, when I heard that my daughter's school was having an educational field trip to the Philippine Eagle Center, I did not hesitate to accompany her.
The Philippine Eagle Center conserves endangered eagles, birds, and other animal breeds. Therefore, it is the eagle's rainforest habitat. According to my research, the Philippine Eagle Center covers an area of 8.4 hectares. Other animals live there, including Monkeys, iguanas, alligators, and a giant snake.
This has been a wonderful school field trip for my daughter since it was her first time seeing this biggest sanctuary. She was not just overwhelmed by the natural place; it greatly impacted her learning.
The Entrance fee is 150 PHP for adults and 100 PHP for Children (you may convert in any currency).
For the foreigners and locals out there, if you want to witness the bounty of the sanctuary's nature at the Philippine Eagle Center, you may visit here. Your family and children will definitely enjoy it.
Thank you for reading and stopping by!
