Buenas, comunidad de hive Hoy les traigo un trip que hice visité 2 cascadas en un viaje bueno; fueron 3, pero cuando llegué a la última cascada empezó a llover y el guía decidió que nos retiráramos del lugar mejor.

Dicho esto las cascadas quedan en Panama , provincia de veraguas Panamá es un hermoso país he explorado muy poco sus tierras ojalá tuviera más tiempo y dinero para traerles más viajes, pero bueno la cascada se llama [espave] para llegar a ella debimos levantarnos a las 5 de la mañana, ya que desde donde yo vivo está un poco lejos y bueno el punto de reunión suele ser un parque que está en el centro del pueblo donde vivo y le queda cerca a las personas para poder reunirnos y salir en un bus hacia el lugar

was not feeling well, I woke up with a stomach ache, but I had to go because I had invited some friends and if I did not go they were not going to go to the trip without me, so we made a stop at a gas station that has a food place and I could not resist the urge to go to the bathroom, When I returned to the bus I talked to the guide, he is someone I know and I told him that I felt bad to go and he told me well we are still close we can go back and leave you and a friend took a pill for that and I took it, but I still felt bad, but I decided not to abandon the trip I tried to sleep for a while to not be thinking many things on the trip.
Bueno no me sentía bien la verdad me levanté con dolor de estómago, pero tenía que ir si o si porque había invitado a unos y si yo no iba ellos no iban a ir al trip sin mí, y pues hicimos una parada en una gasolinera que tiene local de comida y no aguante las ganas de ir al baño, al regresar al bus hable con el guía es alguien que conozco y le dije que me sentía mal para ir y él me dijo bueno aún estamos cerca podemos volver y te dejamos y un amigo llevo una pastilla para eso y me la tome, pero aún seguía con malestar, pero decidí no abandonar el viaje yo intente dormir un rato para no estar pensando muchas cosas en el viaje.

It has a beautiful place to camp and park your cars. The cost per night to sleep in a camping site is 10 dollars. Before they could bathe there, but now it's more like a place to visit, take pictures and just hang out for a few minutes and that's exactly what I did one day.
Y bueno hicimos una parada llegando al lugar que era un letrero con letras grandes que dice yeguada, pero no me pude bajar, ya que estaba muy malo en ese momento aún solo pensaba en llegar a un baño ja, ja, ja, seguimos y llegamos a un lugar con baño y la pastilla hizo su efecto y me sentí como nuevo y empezamos a caminar como 30:00 minutos hacia la primera cascada que se llama Cascada la yeguada Tiene un hermoso lugar para acampar y estacionar sus carros. El costo de la noche para dormir en camping en el lugar es de 10 dólares. Antes se podían bañar ahí, pero ahora es más como para visitar, tomarse fotos y meterse unos minutos y eso fue exactamente lo que hice un día.
After that we had lunch and went to the next place which is the Espave waterfall, it is almost 20 minutes walking to the place and before that about 15 minutes in 4x4 by which we passed a river, the use of 4x4 is not mandatory, but most paid to use them and it was a good experience and well after so much travel we arrived at the beautiful
waterfall, very clean and very cool place, Since it is summer season my friends and I took some beers to cool off and as every waterfall always has a place to jump and we found it and started to jump from the place after that we started to talk and several of them had never been to a place like this and they had never jumped from a place so high and that they had loved it and thanks for inviting them.
Después es de eso almorzamos y fuimos al siguiente lugar que es la cascada Espave son casi 20 minutos caminando hacia el lugar y anterior a eso unos 15 minutos en 4x4 por el cual pasamos un río, no es obligatorio el uso de 4x4, pero la mayoría pago para usarlos y pues fue buena la experiencia y bueno después de tanto viaje llegamos a la hermosa cascada, muy limpio el lugar y muy fresco, ya que es temporada de verano mis amigos y yo llevamos unas cervezas para refrescarnos y como toda cascada siempre tiene su lugar para tirarse y lo encontramos y empezamos a tirarnos del lugar luego de eso nos pusimos a hablar y pues varios de ellos nunca habían ido a un lugar así y tampoco se habían lanzado de un lugar tan alto y que les había encanto y que gracias por haberlos invitado
What I liked about this trip was that I was able to spend more time with my friends that I had not seen for a long time and that they liked the trip and met new people, since my friends and I were 5 and the trip was for 14 people and I was able to meet several more and also that the guide is very funny, he knows me, but I had never been to one of his scheduled trips, he made us laugh the whole trip was 10/10 and when leaving the 2 waterfalls we picked up the garbage we took with us, it is important if you visit places to always take your garbage with you to continue keeping these beautiful places alive ☺️
Lo que me gusto de este paseo fue que pude pasar más tiempo con mis amigos que tenía tiempo sin ver y que les haya gustado el viaje y haber conocido nuevas personas, ya que mis amigos y yo éramos 5 y el viaje era de 14 personas y pude conocer a varios más y también que él guía es muy divertido es conocido mío, pero nunca había ido a unos de sus viajes programados nos hizo reír todo el viaje estuvo 10/10 todo y al salir de las 2 cascadas recogimos la basura que llevamos es importante si visitas lugares llevarte a siempre tu basura para seguir manteniendo esos lugares bellos con vida ☺️
