Ulee Lheue Beach is located in the Meuraxa sub-district, Banda Aceh. To get to this place, we can use the Trans Koetaradja service, but it will be more convenient if we use our own vehicle, because in Banda Aceh City, the means of transportation are still very limited.
At Ulee Lheue beach, the local community has made it a favorite place to relax, especially in the late afternoon to be able to enjoy the sunset.
On this beach there is also a port for tourists to visit the city of Sabang.
Making this beach a favorite place for the people of Banda Aceh is not without reason. In this place we can bring families and children not only relax and enjoy the sea breeze and the view of the sea that stretches, but there are also many children's games here, so the children feel at home for long here.
Not only that because the location of this beach is in the city center and many food vendors are here, which is another reason for local residents and outsiders to visit this place, and the price of food here is also cheap, so it doesn't drain your pocket.
Enjoy a whole young coconut at a price of Rp. 10,000 or less than 1 U$ dollar, while enjoying the view of the city and the view of the sea that stretches out in the afternoon, it feels very comfortable to linger here. Apart from young coconuts, you can also order other foods such as boiled noodles, roasted corn and grilled ikar.
On this beach you can also see fishing boats that will sail to catch fish, and people fishing on the high seas. And many more things that can be told actually. In front of Ulee Lheue beach there is also a monument 'I love Banda Aceh City' in front of this monument also usually people who visit here take lots of pictures just to capture the moment if they have been to this beach. The entrance fee to this beach is Rp. 2000
Across the beach road there is also a children's playground which is quite crowded. With the many games available, the location close to the beach and cheap and varied places to eat, this beach is truly a favorite in downtown Banda Aceh.
That's the exciting story of our trip today, follow our journey because tomorrow is the 17th Tsunami warning in Banda Aceh City, so tomorrow I will tell you about the warning. Thank you, and greetings from us, Tomi and Maya from Binjai Indonesia.
