Hello dear Hivers! How are you? It's been awhile since my last update. It's just, it has a lot of activities in school lately. We just finished our, CNDAA and DFOT but we still had an upcoming activity which is a Sinulog Festival in school. But my blog for today is not about school related. đ I'm reminiscing my old endeavors with my schoolmates and friends during college days. If I'm not mistaken it happened during December since I saw from my albums that we prepared gifts to everyone. đ¤
Looking back, my college years were full of fun and joy. Even with the challenges, struggles, and constant stress of being a student, I always found time to rest and recharge. Balancing academics with moments of relaxation taught me resilience and the importance of self-care. Whether it was spending time with friends, joining activities, or simply enjoying quiet moments, those breaks helps a lot on managing all the challenges I faced.
At this moment, we gathered to exchange gifts with our manita or manito. The aura was filled with joy and excitement as everyone eagerly waited to give and receive their presents. Smiles and laughter filled the atmosphere, making the moment truly special. Before giving our gifts, we took a group photo to remember this special day. It was a simple way to celebrate being together and showing our appreciation for each other.
As we opened our gifts, tadahhhh! Everyone loved their presents. Of course, we had made a thread of the items we wanted to receive, and our manita or manito bought exactly what we requested. Everyone was genuinely happy because they got what they wished for. Before we even started drawing names, we all agreed to post a thread of our preferred gifts. This was because some of the guys didnât really know what to buy or how to wrap presents properly hahaha! đ By doing this, we made sure that the person receiving the gift would truly be happy and satisfied.
Before we explored the place, we took some time to take pictures around the area. Everyone had so many poses hahaha! The excitement was overflowing for todayâs adventure. Nobody could decide what to do first. Should we take more pictures? Go swimming? Play? or start eating? Some of us didnât even feel hungry yet because we were too excited to explore every corner of the place. People are so energetic, and it felt like the day would be packed with fun and unforgettable moments.
This photo really hits me. It makes me wish I could go back to that time when all I worried about were school matters. Now, everything feels a little bit hard - about life, future, and, most of the time, about work. It seems like being so busy preparing for the future has made it harder to find time for fun and relaxation. Despite this, we need to remind ourselves to take a break and give time to rest. We shouldnât let stress consume us. Recharging is important so we can regain the strength we need to face lifeâs challenges with a clear and focused mind.
I love how this picture was captured, it feels just perfect for me. 𤣠The background is so nice, very cinematic and it's giving an instagramable vibe. The place felt so peaceful, probably because it wasnât crowded at all. Or maybe we just got lucky and visited at a time when not many people were swimming, since it was a weekday. Either way, the calmness of the place added to its charm, making the moment even more special. Itâs one of those rare times when everything aligns perfectlyâa beautiful spot, a quiet atmosphere, and a picture that captures it all.
The most memorable experience from this escapade was this activity. We played a game here, and it was so much fun! We couldnât stop laughing, our laughter echoed everywhere. It was the kind of moment where you feel like you never want it to end. This was definitely one of those unforgettable moments where happiness felt so pure and simple. Itâs memories like these that make trips truly special and worth looking back on with a big smile.
That's it for today's blog my dear hivers! Till next time, Ciao! đ
