Today I will share with you an interesting story that connects history and natural beauty in one place. I wonder if I am in a Spanish series? Or is reality ...
Whenever I would watch a Spanish series, I was amazed by the beauty of those estates with all that natural beauty that surrounds them with flowers, fountains, swimming pools and beautiful houses.
Since I was in Mexico, I wanted to go on an adventure in search of a beautiful villa, we are on the property of San Miguel Regla.
Entrance:
At the entrance on both sides there are trees that cool in the hot summer days, the road is paved and stable, on one side flowers along the wall, and on the other a hedge that is nicely shaped, when we entered I noticed a wooden board with the inscription to whom this is the place once belonged, and below is a welcome sign.
Our drive to the hotel:
Our kind guide, who was always ready to help us cope in that environment, which was very unknown to us, especially since we were in Mexico for the first time, and in those environments, a different culture and almost everything functions differently than in Europe, without him, we would not have reached this beautiful place. As we got there in that Mexican farm, we had the feeling that the people who live there are very hospitable, and this could be noticed from parking the car in the parking lot in front of this hotel.
When we got to the villa, or rather, today this villa serves as a hotel, with a restaurant and with a wonderful environment of natural beauty.
Park which is so nicely decorated, I came across wonderful carriages that are a decorative detail today, maybe they used to serve the driving service.
since we didn't stay there with the help of a guide, we had the opportunity to take pictures of several interior photos (interiors). At the very entrance, a large chandelier, a photograph of a saint and a sofa dominate.
The entrance itself is dominated by chandeliers that illuminate the room, a staircase for climbing up into other rooms and elegant pillars.
Some details of the interior that we had the opportunity to see, of course we could not enter the guest rooms, but you can see a rich arrangement of decorative items and a fireplace that may sometimes be used because I do not believe it can be as cold here as in Europe.
This property is generally suitable for all types of visits, has rich content for all types of plans, you can go with friends, a couple or family. This place has a swimming pool, dining room, small golf course, church and beautiful gardens that provide spectacular views of everything that surrounds you with various bridges, geese floating in the green and blue emerald waters of this area.
When I already mentioned the church, within this complex there is a small church that we could visit and photograph.
The entrance to the church is a door decorated with pillars on both sides, the dominant yellow color and the symbol above the door.
The interior of the church is modest, but still reflects the beauty of their old tradition, wooden benches on both sides, dominant large frescoes on the wall, yellow windows marked with a green cross in the middle, a chandelier hanging from the church roof and an altar.
I was most integrated by the beauty of the external nature that surrounds the property and its research. we embarked on a nice, relaxing activity and a little story about the history and significance of this estate.
The San Miguel Regla estate was built by a character also known as the Count of Regla, and was built in the 18th century.
We descend the stairs, and peek into the natural beauty that surrounds this place.
The architecture and landscapes that surround it are spectacular. They told us that the count was looking for a place where water would surround him in order to build a house, namely water was very important because silver and gold were once brought from the mine on this property. Due to the exploitation of silver and gold from the mine, the count became one of the richest men in the world at that time.
As the business progressed well, the count carried out the project in the neighboring town of Hyacinth, built four more estates with which he did great business and employed hundreds of workers. But this estate received the highest recognition for obtaining gold and silver. And the surroundings of the estate of Count Regla were one of the most important mining sites of those times.
The imposing stone walls, spacious gardens, ponds and small waterfalls give one really beautiful picture, inviting us to discover them little by little as we are accompanied by the sound of running water and the chirping of birds.
The waters of these lakes are emerald in color, and the algae that grow in it give it a special glow. Feather animals can also be found on the property, floating in the calm waters of the lake.
It really paid off to separate the day from the beach and enjoy some new adventure in this area. Mexico really has a rich history of various estates and mysteries that need to be explored. Personally, I like new experiences of historical works that accompany every country. So I can learn more about their culture, customs and past.
This was a new and nice experience for me, the staff and guides were very hospitable. I felt on this estate like in some Spanish series that used to really exist. Now these are just hotels and places to enjoy.
I hope you enjoyed walking with me through these beautiful and historical landscapes, which left a very beautiful and unforgettable impression on me. For all those who love a piece of the past or for those who love adventure, this place offers everything in one place.
