Good night to all my beloved hive friends ♥️
In this post I will again invite all my friends to stop by the city of Lhokseumawe, Aceh province, Lhokseumawe is a neighbor of the city of Bireuen, so from the city center of Bireuen we only need about an hour and a half to get to the city of Lhokseumawe, I myself rarely visit this city unless I get an invitation from my friends or partner, but there are many types of tourism in the city ranging from beach tourism to tourism in the mountains such as a tourist destination that was popular around 2015 called Bukit Goa Jepang. But not only that, because after returning from the Japanese Cave Hill tourist destination, I also stopped by a deer park which is also one of the attractions for visitors in the city of Lhokseumawe.
This was my visit a few weeks ago, so I have forgotten some of the moments that happened except for the important moments that were very enjoyable, at the top of this hill we will be able to find lots of facilities provided by this place starting from seating, food stalls, to children's play facilities such as swings and mini slides, but this place is not as popular as before and even this place was once named an abandoned tourist spot, even now we can no longer find food stalls in this place.
Until now I do not understand why a tourist spot as beautiful as this can be abandoned, even though access to this place is quite easy, from the highway we only need to enter the village road for about 5 minutes to get to the top of this peak, even from the center of Lhokseumawe city we only need about 17 minutes to get here, but what is the reason that makes this tourist spot abandoned, it is still a question mark for me until now.
Although this tourist spot has been abandoned, many of its facilities are still in good condition. Many of the huts here still look quite nice and are in good working order, even the photo area built on the cliff edge, still looks very sturdy, and to this day, many people still take photos and immortalize their moments there.
There are several photo areas at this tourist spot and the location is also the same, namely built on the edge of a cliff, from this area we can also see the natural scenery below this hill clearly and of course with a wider view, the drawback at that time was the weather which suddenly turned very cloudy.
It was a beautiful scene with a vast expanse of view, but the overcast sky made things even darker, and my phone's camera wasn't working at its best, some of the photos turned out less than ideal, so I chose not to share them here. As we all know, overcast skies indicate rain is imminent, and while this isn't a 100% guarantee, just in case it did, I quickly left the area.
I don't know whether this hut is still functioning or not, but judging from its shape, it is most likely still in good condition and still functioning. There was no more time to explore this place because the clouds were getting darker and light rain started to fall. Without thinking twice, we immediately left this place.
After leaving this place, my partner suddenly invited me to visit a deer park which is also in the city of Lhokseumawe,at first, I refused because the weather was very cloudy, but my partner stated that the park was right on the edge of the main road, hearing this statement, I immediately agreed to the invitation.
And it turns out that this deer park is located around the PT. Arun housing complex, in fact, the location of this park is also right on the edge of the road in and out of the housing complex, upon arriving at the deer park we immediately parked our motorbike in the parking lot provided there, and from a distance we could see many visitors already crowding around the deer enclosure.
However, visitors are not allowed to enter the deer enclosure, so each visitor can only see the deer behind the enclosure, and around the place there are also stalls selling deer food, so we can buy some vegetables that we will give to the deer.
I don't know how many deer there are in this park, but what is certain is that the deer here are very tame towards humans, their trust in humans is very great, many visitors also feed the deer, as do I and my partner.About 100 meters from the deer enclosure, I also managed to see a rather interesting monument standing in the middle of the park, with a high level of curiosity, I began to approach the monument.
I didn't know the name of this monument or its function, and since there was no one around the park at the time, I didn't get any information about it. However, this happiness was short-lived because it suddenly started drizzling again, which made my partner and I quite panicked at that time, especially since we only brought one raincoat at the time, there was no other choice but to immediately leave this place and go home.
