My experience at North Zen Villa, Bohol, is heartwarming and rewarding. I tried swimming in the clean pool surrounded by towering trees and dancing bamboos, tasted their sumptuous food, and experienced walking on the hanging bridge along with the healthy mangroves with its cynic view in the end.
From the beauty of Oceanica, we went to North Zen Villa, which takes around a twenty-minute drive from Oceanica. The place is captivating my heart once again from its appealing bamboo entrance...
...to its satisfying bamboo hanging bridge dead end view.
As I stepped down the area, I immediately grabbed my phone and asked my brother-in-law's son to capture my moments continuously.
Really, I asked him to do continuous shots so I could choose the best candid photos in store. Seriously, he got what I needed and captured almost a hundred shots, just in the entrance.
While I was busy stuffing in the entrance, the other family members were already enjoying the pool.
Upon arriving at the assembly area, the other companion did not go to the pool, yet the company's manager invited us to try the hanging bridge as the other special amenity of the place. And so we headed to the bridge.
This is how the view looked in a few-minute walk. The robust mangrove trees can definitely give you a happy thought and a smiling heart.
Along with me are some of the other company workers, my brother-in-law's family, who have become my extended family members in company outings like this.
Nevertheless, I had been jumping with joy as I stomped into the carefully crafted bridge made from bamboo. It gave me butterflies in the stomach when I nodded down but eventually blushed my cheeks as I thought about the blessing of visiting the place unexpectedly. Seeing this constructed rest house in the middle of the ocean is also one of the great views. It is built about a kilometer away from the entrance.
This time, I was having a great time with friends because the kids were in the hands of their father. I did not also trust myself holding these two on the bridge because I found it too risky to handle.
A joyful, continuous, reflective stroll had passed. Finally, we got to witness this view and the island from the other side.
After the exciting step we made to the end, we did a memorable review of what we just passed.
Going back to the assembly area, we were invited to eat a unique appetizer I have just tried yet really appetizing. Their menu is great—the recipes have a unique and delicious taste.
After eating, I relaxed for a while and dipped myself in the pool. I had much fun yet burned out because the kids were with me again, making me a clown and a chaser in every game. But still, the fun created was beyond words and gold that my pocket cannot buy.
I am beyond grateful for enjoying the moment; all credit goes to the higher God for giving the time and the right people being with me—my sister's family—through the generous company that his husband is currently working with, unhesitantly pampering their workers together with their families. My moment here is beyond my control and the sweetest pamper I have never imagined I could experience.
