👋🏻 Hello,how’s was your week?🫶🏻
I wrote about a two-day trip to Vienna, and I hope you’ll enjoy it!✨
DAY ONE:
Our journey to Vienna began with a stay at The Social Hub Vienna, a modern and vibrant hotel that immediately impressed us. The hotel exuded a youthful and dynamic atmosphere, attracting not only travelers but also students and digital nomads. It offered colorful and cozy rooms, relaxed common areas such as a library, table tennis areas, coworking spaces, and even a gym. Its location was perfect, right near the city center, making it easy for us to access all the main attractions. After a short rest in our spacious and stylishly furnished room, we set out to explore the city.
Our first stop was lunch at a local Chinese restaurant with a “buffet-style, all-you-can-eat” concept. The food selection was incredible, featuring dishes like sushi, various Asian noodles, fresh vegetables, and flavorful sauces. We were so impressed by the freshness and variety that we ended up trying at least ten different plates. It was an amazing start to our trip!🤤
Next, we strolled through the city, heading to Karlsplatz, one of Vienna’s liveliest areas. The square’s stunning architecture, especially the Karlskirche (St. Charles Church), glimmered beautifully in the afternoon sun. After exploring the square, we wandered through nearby shops that offered everything from luxury goods to unique souvenirs.

As we continued, we passed one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, the Vienna State Opera. Its grand architecture was breathtaking, even though we didn’t have time to explore the interior. Not far from there, we visited the famous Swarovski store, marveling at the sparkling crystal designs.

In need of a short break, we stopped at a Starbucks, where we enjoyed a cup of coffee and a sweet treat. Our exploration continued with a visit to the stunning St. Peter’s Church, a Baroque masterpiece with an intricately decorated interior that left us in awe.

We wrapped up the evening in a relaxed manner at the hotel. Using the Wolt app, we ordered dinner, which we enjoyed in our room while planning our itinerary for the next day.🍕🍟
DAY TWO
We started the second day with breakfast at The Social Hub Vienna, where we enjoyed fresh pastries, fruit, and aromatic coffee. Feeling energized, we headed to our first destination – the House of Illusions. This interactive museum was an absolute delight, with optical illusions, mirror mazes, and fun challenges that kept us entertained and laughing.😂
Our next stop was the Royal Greenhouse of Laeken, where we were enchanted by the lush greenery and magnificent glass structures. It felt like a tropical getaway in the middle of Vienna. We strolled through the beautifully landscaped gardens, capturing plenty of photos to remember the experience.
We concluded our day with a visit to the iconic Schönbrunn Palace, one of Austria’s most treasured cultural landmarks. The Baroque architecture and its sprawling gardens left us speechless. We walked along the well-maintained paths and admired the breathtaking views offered by this historical site.
For lunch, we indulged in a traditional Wiener Schnitzel, perfectly crispy and juicy, served with a slice of lemon and salad. It was the perfect way to round off our culinary experience in Vienna. After lunch, we returned to the hotel to prepare for our trip back home.✨
I hope you enjoyed and have a wonderful weekend.🩷
