While scrolling through my Instagram an image hit me. It was a picturesque view of the Akshardham Temple in Delhi. The caption read something like this "where would you like to travel after the lockdown?"

While many would be contemplating about their favourite holiday destination, I couldn't think of anything beyond Akshardham Temple. This is because even after living in Delhi for 30 years and having visited most of the notable historical sites, I am yet to visit the Akshardham Temple.
That picture made me regret not visiting the temple. It has been on my bucket list like forever now. But the mad rush I see every time from the metro passing nearby freaks me out. I fear I won't get enough time and space to capture its eternal beauty.
Maybe the current pandemic had something to do with the emotions I felt because the situation has made me realize how uncertain life is. We all have kept something or the other on the back burner. It was visiting Akshardham Temple for me, must be something else for you.
We can't change what has happened but can surely plan ahead.
A visit to Akshardham Temple is the first on my bucket list once things get normal.
Has the current situation made you ponder over such things in life?
