Hello good evening all HIVE friends in this community It's been a long time since I shared my travel experience with all of you in this community. The tourist attraction that I will visit is the Efrata waterfall on Samosir Island. and to get to this tourist attraction I have to travel for 6 hours from my city by riding a two-wheeled vehicle. and if I have made this long journey I will definitely stay overnight because it would be a shame to travel while there are many beautiful tourist attractions near the EFRATA waterfall.
even though this trip took a long time, my wife and I really enjoyed this trip because we do have the same hobby, which is traveling. and in the Samosir Islands it has very cold air and this is very different from my city which has hot dry air, so I really enjoy the air here. and besides being cold, the air here is also very fresh because there are no factories built to maintain the quality of the air around Samosir.
and this trip is not the first time I do it. I have traveled to this tourist attraction several times. and when I arrived at this place there were some things that changed and some remained. what remains here is the entrance ticket that does not increase and this is very cheap because vehicles will only pay for parking for Rp. 5000, -. and the huts and public bathrooms here have increased in number the cleanliness of the place is also still maintained here. but there is something that has changed in this place, namely the presence of the Efrata Waterfall writing frame which used to be absent and to be honest this frame actually really interferes with the natural view of the waterfall. not to mention when we are going to take pictures here we are charged a rate of Rp. 3,000.
but even so if you don't take a picture there it doesn't matter you can take a picture near the efrata waterfall directly and you can jump into the river which has very cold water. and don't worry about the depth of this place because the river under the EFRATA waterfall is very shallow as high as an adult's waist and the river water is not only cold but also fresh without any garbage there the people here really love cleanliness. and the source of the EFRATA waterfall comes directly from the mountains whose rocks are black as well as the rocks in the river so that the flowing water looks blackish brown even though if we take the water and put it in a bottle the color of the water will be very clear.
I really wanted to take a bath here but because I had other plans I just enjoyed the view and didn't take a bath even though I really wanted to enjoy the cold water after not being there for more than a year. and this place is very addictive to visit. there are also many lodgings with standard prices and tourist attractions on Samosir Island, North Sumatra are also close by. to speed up your mobility, you can rent a motorbike or car and the people here are very welcoming. please visit Samosir Island and enjoy its beauty.
