The Gate of Faith in Abrasha Park and Wishing Bridge two amazing sights in Tel Aviv, Israel
Hello beautiful community
Today I want to stay in the old Jaffa part of Tel Aviv and visit together two emblematic places located in the central park.
So we walk the streets of Tel Aviv to reach the highest point in the park, namely Abrasha Park to see the Gate of Faith and immediately we cross the Bridge of Wishes.
Until we got there we took at a walk this city built as if only of stone, walking on its streets gave me a good feeling of freedom.
Another very famous point on our way is the St. Peter's Church, it will appear in several pictures being very photogenic, we wanted to visit it inside but unfortunately it was closed.
Let's take a few more steps here to see how this place looks like, at first glance it looks like there are a few good looking restaurants here and many places to relax on a sunny afternoon.
That's how we ended up at a fountain called the Zodiac Signs Fountain, it seems that here we can look up how each of our zodiac signs are made, I looked up the sign Sagittarius.
This fountain kind of threw me for a loop, I had a hard time finding my zodiac sign, hehe.
I'll also leave you some pictures I took after dark, when this area became a bit more open.
Ready to move on to the highest point of the park to see the Gate of Faith, we visited this place during the day but also after dark, the day was very hard to take some pictures and read some information about this sculpture.
The sculpture was completed in 1975, is 4 meters high and was made of stone brought from Galilee.
The sculptures we can see are of religious origin, so I won't go into details so as not to bore you but if you are interested in more details then you can find them here.
It's time to move on to our last goal today, the bridge of wishes.
What's so spectacular here?
On the edges of this bridge we can see represented all the zodiac signs, here in comparison with the fountain I showed you earlier it was very easy to find my sign.
Even on the ground after crossing this bridge as in a mosaic we can see represented the same zodiacs, very good ideas I think.
My dear friends, our journey today has come to an end.
