The treetop path(WALDERLEBNISZENTRUM), the place that takes you between two regions Bavaria and Tyrol
Hello everyone
As you already know I am a fan of outdoor movement, I like to discover new places and here I mean those places extremely beautiful but not yet full of tourists, I can not deny that I do not like to visit those mega tourist places (where sometimes you think there is the whole planet) but if I have the opportunity to discover places less known I do not miss it.
Last year I spent a few days in a few towns in Austria and Bavaria so I had the opportunity to discover some impressive places but I also left some places for another visit.
Today we would like to go together to visit the WALDERLEBNISZENTRUM in Fussen, Germany.
The first time I came across the information about this place I honestly didn't really want to visit it I was somewhat unhoped for, but being very close to a waterfall(Lech) that I featured in a post here in the community I said let's check this place out.
At first glance it seemed more for families with children but even so I said yes to a visit here.
The first thing we were interested in was whether or not this location had parking, which we only found out when we got there, there is indeed quite a small parking space near the entrance, if I'm not mistaken I think there are around ten parking spaces.
When we got there there were three spaces left in this parking lot, so if you want to get here you will have to come early to find free parking.
We arrived here somewhere around five o'clock in the afternoon (probably that's why we found free seats) the program of this park is daily from 10 am to 4 pm.
The price of a ticket for an adult is 5 euros.
After purchasing the tickets we also received a map of this place so that we could organize our visit here more efficiently.
As I wrote above, the park seems to be an ideal place for families with children, but we were particularly attracted by the trail through the treetops, from the bottom after passing the ticket office we could already see the trail winding through the treetops.
We were looking forward to walking and experiencing the feeling of walking through the treetops.
The footpath is built of wood with an impressive structure has a length of about 500 meters and a maximum height of 21 meters, sounds interesting no.
Opened in 2013 it offers a unique feeling of being able to go from one country to another in just a few seconds, to be a little more clear, somewhere in the middle of the trail are the borders between Bavaria (Germany) and Tyrol (Austria) so being there you are one step away from being in one country or another, a very interesting thing.
Once on the trail you can see the Lech River on one side and the Alps somewhere behind, a spectacular sight.
I spent about an hour on this trail and then visited the other areas, I can say that the park surprised me pleasantly although I didn't really expect it.
Another place where we had a good time was a slide that we slid down at speed, but I admit we waited in line among the kids, but we're kids too, hehe.
In conclusion, the visit to this park was very nice, we had a great time and I can say that we managed to remember our childhood.
If you liked what you saw and read here please don't forget to give a LiKe, Follow, reBlog or a Comment, for all this I thank you, and until the next post I say goodbye.
