After the visit to Concha Y Toro, We went on to visit the Alyan Family Winery and I can say that it did not disappoint, being a very cool experience.
The tastings were very well planned by the guides and divided into 4 stages:
- Tour of wineries and gardens
- Sunset tasting
- Tasting in the pool house
- Harmonized dinner

The road
The winery is located in the metropolitan region of Chile near Santiago.
On the way you will see beautiful landscapes and it takes less than 1 hour to get there from Santiago.
Arriving in the region you will come across a scenery full of vineyards and mountains on the horizon.
I had no idea what this region would be like and it really was a place that managed to combine Chilean wines with a rural experience.
This atmosphere of being away from the big city was rewarding from the beginning and I remember always being enchanted when I saw the mountains in the background.
It was worth the visit from the beginning.
Reception
After parking the car, the team greeted us with smiles and located our reservation, gave a brief description of what the tour and tastings would be like and organized visitors into groups.
We waited for the start, admiring the landscape and making new friends, and the main house stood out in the middle of the vineyards.
The architecture of the house is a work of art with the windows and terraces.
Furthermore, the hospitality was wonderful. They warn us that it gets cold at night and provide ponchos and blankets for us to wear and prepare for the cold at night.
I took advantage of this moment to get tips from other visitors and talk about wine and also exchange travel experiences with other tourists who were visiting Chile and who share the wine.

The Tour
When it was time for the tour we were divided into groups and walked through the vineyards and heard a little about the history of wine preparation. The region is home to great white wines, such as Sauvignon strains.
The guide accompanied our group telling details about the history of the winery and the region and the fertile soil suitable for wine production.
The Alyan family combines traditional techniques with technologies that they obtain from other places to produce quality wines and maintain the unique flavors of the region due to this soil composition.
Walking through the vineyards was a great way to get in touch with the place, slow down a little in the tranquility and enjoy nature.

Sunset and Tasting at the Main House
After the tour, the tour continues to the main house, this building full of charm and very traditional decorations that reminded me a grandmother's house.
I really liked that the entire organization was well synchronized, as we arrived moments before the sunset began, and we served ourselves glasses of wine and went to the terrace to enjoy this moment that I love so much, the sunset.
The tasting continued with some labels and we could try them all as many times as we want, but when serving, it's best to proceed with caution so you can enjoy them well, without burning out.
Between one glass and another, we enjoyed the sunset and the view, chatting with other visitors and friends. Everyone wants good photos with the sunset in the background.
The vineyards and mountain range being illuminated by the last rays of the day's sun created a truly wonderful scene.

Pool House
Afterwards we went to another wine tasting, this time, in the pool house, a very cozy space, where they commented that this is where the family likes to get together and relax.
These meetings no longer happen as frequently as they have now opened the farm to these visits.
Truly an ideal place to get together with loved ones and friends to drink wine accompanied by snacks to pair and fill your belly a little.
It was a relaxed and pleasant moment where the atmosphere among the visitors was now much more friendly, I don't know if it was due to the previous conversations or the glasses of wine.
If I remember correctly, they included the varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which goes very well with the pool due to its freshness.
History and Lecture on Wines
Then, we went to where the barrels are located and participated in a wine talk, full of stories about the winery and its founder, which was a surprise to have him there to welcome us.
The presentation was very relaxed where they commented even more about why they created these visits and how they wanted to form this complete tour and the experience of exploring the winery and sharing this experience.
And of course, with more wines to be tasted.

Harmonized Dinner in the Main House
To end the night we returned to the main house for dinner. I remember that I was already hungry at that moment and the timing was ideal a few more times.
The presentation of the food could have been better, but the flavor was delicious and the wine pairing was perfect.
The celebration that followed was very lively and we were able to talk and laugh even more with the people who were sharing the table with us, ending an unforgettable night with a flourish.

The details that make the difference
This visit to Alyan Family Winery was a really cool opportunity to learn more about Chilean wine culture. In the Brazilian markets, they are very famous, but some brands end up not being so easy to find.
And it's always good to be able to learn more about the people who dedicate themselves to this art.
And of course, enjoy good times with special friends in a cinematic setting.
And I have now separated some of the details that make the experience even more authentic in every detail of the decoration of this house that was opened to welcome us with open arms.

Depois da visita a Concha Y Toro, seguimos para visitar a Alyan Family Winery e posso dizer que não decepcionou sendo uma experiência muito legal.
As degustações foram muito bem planejadas pelos guias e divididas em 4 etapas:

A Estrada
A vinícola está localizada na região metropolitana do Chile próximo a Santiago.
Já no caminho você vai ver belas paisagens e leva menos de 1 hora para chegar no local partindo de Santiago.
Chegando na região você irá se deparar com um cenário cheio de vinhedos e montanhas no horizonte.
Não tinha ideia de como seria essa região e realmente foi um local que conseguiu combinar os vinhos Chilenos com uma experiência no campo.
Essa atmosfera de estar longe da cidade grande foi gratificante desde início e lembro de sempre me encantar quando via as montanhas ao fundo.
Já valeu a visita desde o início.
Recepção
Depois de estacionar o carro, a equipe já nos recebeu com sorrisos e localizou nossa reserva, deu uma breve descrição de como seria o tour e as degustações e organizaram os visitantes em grupos.
Ficamos aguardamos o inicio admirando a paisagem e fazendo novas amizades, e a casa principal se destacava no meio das vinhas.
A arquitetura da casa é uma obra de arte com as janelas e os terraços.
Além disso a hospitalidade foi maravilhosa. Já nos avisam que faz frio durante a noite e disponibilizam ponchos e cobertores para a gente vestir e se preparar para o frio que faz na noite.
Aproveitei esse momento para pegar dicas com outros visitantes e falar sobre vinhos e também trocar experiencias de viagens com os outros turistas que estavam visitando o Chile e que compartilham o gosto pelos bons vinhos.

O Tour
Quando chegou a hora do tour fomos divididos em grupos e passeamos pelas vinhas e ouvimos um pouco da história do preparo dos vinhos. A região é local de ótimos vinhos brancos, como as cepas Sauvignon Blanc, devido a composição do solo.
O guia acompanhou nosso grupo contando detalhes sobre a história da vinícola e sobre a região e do solo fértil e propício para produção dos vinhos.
A família Alyan combina técnicas tradicionais com tecnologias que vai buscar em outros lugares para produzir vinhos com qualidade e manter os sabores únicos da região devido a essa composição do solo.
Andar pelos vinhedos foi uma ótima forma de entrar em contato com o local, desacelerar um pouco com a tranquilidade e conseguir apreciar a natureza.

Sunset e Degustação na Casa Principal
Depois do tour o passeio segue para a casa principal, essa construção cheia de charme e decorações bem tradicionais que me lembrou a casa de avó.
Gostei muito que toda organização foi bem sincronizada, pois chegamos momentos antes de iniciar o por do sol, e já nos servimos com taças de vinho e fomos para o terraço para apreciar esse momento que tanto gosto, o pôr do sol.
A degustação seguiu com alguns rótulos e podíamos experimentar todos quantas vezes quiser, mas servir é bom ir com cautela para poder aproveitar bem, nada de queimar largada.
Entre uma taça e outra, apreciávamos o pôr do sol e a vista, com conversas com os outros visitantes e amigos. Todos querendo boas fotos com o por do sol de fundo.
As vinhas e a cordilheira sendo iluminadas pelos últimos raios de sol do dia criaram um cenário realmente maravilhoso.

Casa da Piscina
Depois seguimos para uma outra degustação de vinho, dessa vez, na casa da piscina, um espaço bem aconchegante, onde eles comentaram que é onde a família gosta de se reunir e relaxar.
Essas reuniões já não acontecem com tanta frequência já que agora abriram a fazenda para essas visitas.
Realmente um local ideal para se reunir entre os entes queridos e amigos para tomar vinhos acompanhado de petiscos para harmonizar e encher um pouco a barriga.
Foi um momento descontraído e agradável onde o clima entre os visitantes já estava muito mais amigável , nao sei se pelas conversas anteriores ou se pelas taças de vinhos.
Se me lembro bem, incluíram as variedades de Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay e Pinot Noir, que combina muito bem com piscina devido seu frescor.
História e Palestra sobre Vinhos
Em seguida, fomos para onde os barris ficam alocados e participamos de uma palestra sobre vinhos, repleta de histórias sobre a vinícola e seu fundador, que foi uma surpresa de ter ele lá para nos receber.
A apresentação foi bem descontraída onde comentaram ainda mais sobre o porque criaram essas visitas e como quiserem formar esse tour completo e a experiência de explorar a a vinícola e compartilhar essa paixão sobre vinhos.
E claro, com mais vinhos para serem degustados.
Aproveitei para passear entre os barris e tirar algumas fotos.

Jantar Harmonizado na Casa Principal
Para finalizar a noite retornamos à casa principal para o jantar. Lembro que já estava com fome nesse momento e o timing for ideal mais uns vez.
A apresentação da comida poderia ter sido melhor, mas o sabor era delicioso e a harmonização com os vinhos foi perfeita.
A celebração que se seguiu foi bem animada e pudemos conversar e dar muitas risadas ainda mais com as pessoas que estavam dividindo a mesa conosco, fechando com chave de ouro uma noite inesquecível.

Os detalhes que fazem a diferença
Essa visita à Alyan Family Winery foi uma oportunidade bem legal para conhecer mais da cultura dos vinhos Chilenos. Nos mercados brasileiros eles são bem famosos, mas algumas marcas acabam não sendo tão fáceis de encontrar.
E também sempre é bom poder aprender mais sobre com as pessoas que se dedicam a essa arte.
E claro, degustar bons momentos com amigos especiais em um cenário cinematográfico.
E separei agora alguns dos detalhes que tornar a experiência ainda mais autêntica em cada detalhe da decoração dessa casa que foi aberta para nos receber de braços abertos.
