Hello dear #hive community, already on my 29th day of the 30 days of the #bloggingchallenge part 1, I have almost finished this interrupted journey of daily questions. This time it's time to answer: What makes you feel better? Who has not had that their emotions can vary from one moment to another? sad, these emotions are responses to stimuli that are received from the outside, but when negative emotions arise such as anger, which affects us both psychologically and physically, how do we reduce their intensity?
En varias oportunidades he expresado que una de las cosas que hago para bajar mi nivel de molestia es realizarle una llamada a mi mamá, pero no con el fin de desahogo, sino que siempre de nuestras platicas surgen chistes de cualquier cosa de la que hablemos y las risas siempre son claves en nuestras conversaciones y después de nuestra sesión de risoterapia quedo más calmada y feliz de que ella también esta igual.
On several occasions I have expressed that one of the things I do to lower my level of annoyance is to make a call to my mother, but not with the purpose of venting. But always from our talks there are jokes about whatever we talk about and laughter is always key in our conversations and after our laughter therapy session I am calmer and happier that she is also the same.
Escucho música relajante, sobre todo la que tiene que ver con la naturaleza, esta la realizó en la computadora porque no tenemos radio, entonces aprovecho de hacer otra actividad que me ayuda a sentirme mejor leer los post de #hive.
I listen to relaxing music, especially the one that has to do with nature, this was done on the computer because we don't have a radio, so I take advantage of doing another activity that helps me feel better reading the #hive posts.
Darme un baño me relaja de gran manera y puedo tener mi momento para meditar sobre el suceso que hizo que mi emoción variara.
Taking a bath relaxes me in a great way and I can have my moment to meditate on the event that caused my emotion to vary.
Estar en contacto con la naturaleza es algo que también me hace sentir mejor y si es con los amores de mi vida más todavía, esto me hace perderme por un momento del mundo, disfrutar del paisaje, la vegetación, la lejanía del bullicio de la ciudad.
Being in contact with nature is something that also makes me feel better and if it is with the love of my life even more so, that makes me lose myself for a moment in the world, enjoy the landscape, the vegetation, the distance from the bustle of the city .
