It's another interesting version of the energy refill contest thanks to @tripode coming up with an amazing topic always.
We don't expect life to always play according to our set out rules which are quite normal there is the moment when life can be difficult and other moment life can be fun all these are part of nature and whether we like it or not we should always be prepared to face trying moments.
Life isn't a bed of roses, when it comes with trying challenges which in the context is the Lemon we are to turn those challenges into lemonade.
Learning how to turn our challenges into a stepping stone and not giving up will ultimately determine how far we can go in life.
I will summarize by stating an illustration from the 3rd law of motion from Isaac Newton which state that;
If object A exerts a force on object B, then object B must exert a force of equal magnitude and opposite direction back on object A. ... We sometimes refer to this law loosely as action-reaction, where the force exerted is the action and the force experienced as a consequence is the reaction.

We can also apply this law to our daily life activities where life lemon can be the force and our reaction can be the lemonade.
Applying equal and opposite force with the right magnitude when faced with life will determine how far we can go.
Life challenges should not define us we can take advantage of these challenges as a stepping stone.
