Good-Morning Everybody, In this Article I want to tell you A Fact About Myself, I Am One of those who are sympathetic to themselves Compassion for oneself is the purest form of self-love.
Let's be honest with ourselves! Do you do this every day? Unfortunately, this perspective often causes us to become overwhelmed when it's time to start a project. We have all experienced, or sometimes overlooked, moments of frustration in our lives. When this happens, most people become overwhelmed instead of spending more time and energy improving their mood. If you want to know the habits of Me who is self-compassionate, stay with Me until the end of this article.
1.I always Want To Do and Experience New Things: I believe, It's great to have a good routine in life, but when you become addicted to it, you get caught up in the daily grind and are less likely to try new things. For example, when was the last time you left comfort zone and did something other than your daily activities?
Most people wake up at a certain time every day. They have frequent coffee and breakfast and go out with regular people. If so, it is no surprise that you feel stagnant over time. You have lived a completely "monotonous" life.
Rest assured that this way your life boat will be overturned. But if you are looking for a little excitement and energy, it's time to change the game and try new things.
The more you try new things, the more eager you will be to do what you love.
2.I know how to say NO: With a long list of things to do and responsibilities, finding a time that is my own, rather than a priority, has become a luxury.
How often do you say "NO" to things you don't like to do?
This is often very difficult. If you seldom say no, then you have entered the club of people who keep others happy. In fact, people who like to keep others happy always fall into this trap. At the cost of losing their well-being, they are constantly doing what others want them to do.
Well, I want to pay attention to My need to have "time for Myself". This time is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourself. If you agree to do anything out of fear of saying NO, you can not take care of yourself.
Don't forget: we do not have to give a convincing reason for each of our "NO" answers. This is our life and our choices.
3.My ritual of loving Myself: Loving yourself is like one of the muscles of the body: if you do not use it, it will eventually weaken. One of the best ways I believe to love yourself is to feel sorry for yourself.
We all easily overlook the benefits of spending time in our day to day care. Establish a deeper connection with yourself by using any of these techniques (such as meditation, long baths, nature walks, memoirs, or any other activity of interest).
If you do not have time to nourish your soul, you can not help others. Prioritize yourself. You deserve it
LAST WORDS.
I believe, Compassion for Ourselves is the greatest gift we can give ourself. When we move on this difficult path called life, we must remember to be kind to ourselves. You can take care of your own needs and remember that no other work is as important as your own.
As Christopher Jermer (psychologist) says:
"A moment of self-compassion can change your whole day, But constant compassion can change your whole life."
Have A Great Time, I Love You Guys After Myself. Cheers
