Esta es la lista de mis platos favoritos, no significa que los coma con frecuencia simplemente son los que me gustan y disfruto.
Si no eres Venezolano, te invito a probar las hallacas que es un plato navideño pero se puede comer en cualquier época del año, una masa que se rellena con un guiso que se prepara con anticipación donde se mezclan varios tipos de carnes como la de res, cerdo y pollo con aliños, alcaparras, aceitunas también las puedes conseguir vegetarianas. Es un plato que lleva mucho trabajo preparar, son largas horas pero después que está listo solo se calienta y se disfruta, son demasiadas ricas.
Las Cachapas con queso de mano son una masa a base de maíz amarillo que se cocina y se acompaña con un queso que se hace a mano, los platos que están en mayúsculas representan mis favoritos premium.

This is the list of my favorite dishes, it doesn't mean that I eat them often, they are just the ones I like and enjoy.
